"We stayed at the Messina marina overnight, and was tired after our sail so decided to walk across to dine at our ‘local’. What a pleasant surprise this restaurant was! We were a group of 4, and had 2 vegetarians but they accommodated us and created a superb vegetarian 8 course tasting menu just for our party, it looked even better than our 8 course seafood menu, and the vegetarians were blown away by the flavours! Everything tasted divine and tantalising ... we were all ooohing and ahhing ... and the cannoli at the end — omg. Chef finally came out at our request, and after my ooohing, gifted us cannoli to bring home. Truly a 5-star experience!!"

"Siamo entrate in questo locale per caso ma è stata davvero una bellissima scoperta! Abbiamo bevuto del ottimo vino, preso una pinza molto buona e un tiramisù fatto con i Gentilini che consiglio assolutamente di provare! Tutto il personale è stato davvero gentile, ci siamo sentita un po' a casa ed è stata davvero una bella serata. Ho notato un'altissima attenzione al uso di dispositivi di sicurezza che non fa mai male. Consigliassimo e ci ritornerò!"

"Siamo andati, con prenotazione, giovedì sera per l'all you can eat di braciole. Locale discretamente pulito, luminoso ed affollato. Servizio inizialmente lento, probabilmente per l'alto afflusso di clienti, ma le braciole, seppur piccole come vuole la tradizione, sono effettivamente buone e sono presenti come contorni sia l'insalata mista che le patate al forno ed il panpizza. Bevande non incluse. Nell'offerta di bibite è presente il chinotto della Polara, più amaro di altre varietà (lo segnalo perché per me è un pregio). Servizi igienici verso fine serata da rivedere, ma per l'afflusso in sala direi le condizioni erano perfettamente nella media dei locali messinesi (insomma si capisce non era dovuto a problemi di gestione, ma agli utenti della serata). Per qualsiasi esigenza non aspettate passi il cameriere, piuttosto chiamateli senza remore: il personale è curato, cortese ed agile nel servizio, se stimolato. Torneremo volentieri e sicuramente lo consiglio."
