A late decision to go for food. Beth ordered prawn cocktail and it came with bread with seeds and as she as a nut allergy we had to send it back but was done without fuss and very quickly. Food great.. staff even better. All staff looked happy. Had banter with bar staff and we had a chuckle. Keep it up. This is my complaint..so.

The food was great and the service was exceptional. We were particularly well served by the waitress Tess who went out of her way to make our experience memorable we had relatives visiting from Canada and as well as being attentive and efficient she offered to take group photographs and made us all smile. Overall the experience was perfect.

sitting and waiting for a table was good, sitting out there is nice and having a drink. eating was fantastic, only the complaining would be there were 10 minutes waiting between eating on the table from the main menu and getting some of us pizza. otherwise the problem was quickly sorted thanks to hannah a and our table service by ebony was fantastic. will defo will return

Everything was fantastic—one of the best Christmas lunches I can remember! The staff were brilliant, and all three of us felt really safe considering the pandemic. The food was simply unbeatable, and we were given a £5 voucher for our next meal. It was great—absolutely great! A huge thank you! We will definitely be back for our first visit, which we will never forget. A wonderful experience all around!

everywhere was clean and welcoming. we were greeted immediately and shown on our table. Bar staff were friendly and efficient. eating did not come too long after us ordered, was hot, looked appetit and tasted good. my man had a mixed grill and the steak was a bit good for his hair (for rare, but was more medium) and the boar was a bit overdue, but not unbearable. overall a pleasant experience. we go there regularly and will continue to do so.

I visited the restaurant on July 26th, and although I was told there might be a wait of up to 30 minutes for a table, I was seated in just about 10 minutes. There was a slight delay with the food, but considering it was only their second night fully open and they were quite busy, I completely understood. The food was excellent, and the hardest part was deciding what to order! They offered a fantastic selection on the specials board, including a delicious watermelon cheesecake, which I topped off with raspberry and white chocolate sauce. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Have visited a few times recently fantastic service each time. Staff are friendly, and check in occasionally during meals and not constantly, which is nice! Always prompt if asked for something for the table. Food tastes great and have great portions. Can be a little pricey, but for the portions you get and the 'buy one get one ' on the main dishes just makes it absolutely worth it. There 's always a deal or offer, so take note of what and when they are. Desserts are always presented in a very aesthetically pleasing way, which isn 't super important for some people, but really adds to your experience there. Make sure you book a table, especially if you 've got a large number of people.

The restaurant was clean and tidy when we walked in. It was relatively quite for a lunch time sitting but I didn’t see any tables waiting to be cleared and we were shown to a table quickly. The tables were spaced apart and we were made to feel welcome by all the staff who we met with throughout our visit. Our orders were taken efficiently and we were given a discounted price due to having a force’s discount membership. The meals were delivered quickly, they were hot and very tasty. In fact they were just as the menu described them. If we’d had more time we would have stayed longer and ordered from the dessert menu but I guess that means we will have to come back again in the near future. Tha...

We've been to the Chain Bridge three or four times over the last few months and have never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and professional. The food is always great with decent sized portions. I'm actually dieting at the moment so having calorie counts on the menu is helpful. I love that you can get skinny versions of meals too. This time I had a skinny pizza and it was a perfect meal for me. I got a half sized pizza and a bowl of salad which was plenty, delicious and very filling. My husband had a full sized pizza and was also impressed. I love that the salads are always beautifully fresh and crisp. I also love that I can use my Blue Light Card here.
