The drinks were good, but it took 45 minutes for our food to arrive. Our mains were served cold and we received our starters halfway through. There weren't enough staff to handle the Saturday night rush. The food was not up to the standard we expected. We won't be returning to this restaurant anytime soon. Voir le carte

Jess S. was friendly, engaging and all round an excellent waitress. She took her time in explaining orders and size, very helpful for foreign visitors (U.S. North Carolina). Additionally, the food, ale, cleanliness and environment were second to none. Wil recommend to family and friends in both UK and U.S. … and recommend they ask for Jess S.

My wife and I stopped here for breakfast this morning, and were greeted with a friendly smile from our waitress. Between herself and another waitress, who were both called Jess, were very attentive to us, and helped us with our order. Along with the service, the food was wonderful, where it could be seen that the food was well sourced and well cooked.

Jess T provided excellent and personable service. After a tiring day exploring England and Wales, we were grateful for the attentive service. I ordered the Penne Arrabbiata with chicken and it was absolutely delicious! There was plenty of sauce and the chicken was tender. My companions also enjoyed their meals. Fantastic food. We had some vegan dishes and steak salad. All were delicious even the salad which was cooked medium when I asked for medium rare. Desserts were homemade and very good. One server didn't know what the types of beer on tap were. A little sad since they only do drinks after 7pm. Restaurant itself is very nice. We were there late on a Saturday afternoon and people were very dressed up. We were playing tourist so we felt very under dressed.

What a lovely afternoon my two friends and I had here yesterday. We booked in for the bottomless brunch and as we've never done it before here, we weren't sure how it would go. I have to say it was a great experience and we loved every minute! In fact, I've just rebooked to come again next weekend with two other friends I thought it was that good. We were really well looked after by Jess T and Lana from the minute we were shown to our table. I can't fault these two members of staff. Friendly, welcoming and providers of excellent customer service. They are great assets to your team and I'd love them to both get a shout out at the next team meeting. We visited the restaurant on a Sunday morning in search of a much-needed full English breakfast after a night out. Although we initially had a minor issue with getting seated, it was quickly resolved and we were offered complimentary drinks. Three of us ordered the full English breakfast with high hopes after seeing other dishes being served. Unfortunately, when our food arrived, everything was lukewarm except for the hash brown, which was hot. The sausages seemed cheap and tasted as such, the bacon was not of good quality, and the black pudding was extremely unpleasant. The baked beans were overcooked and the scrambled eggs lacked flavor.
