"We happened across this place by chance on our last day in London and everyone working there was so so nice! It was a shock after getting the real London treatment where almost everyone is rude or unfriendly and unhelpful! (I get it it must...be annoying with tourists but almost everywhere we went service was not with a smile). Honestly everyone here was lovely, our waitress was so kind and chatty. They let us sit on the beautiful rooftop terrace cause the weather was nice and the waitress offered to take a picture for us! Coming out of the loos I was clearly in a kitchen staff members way but he just went “hi how’re you” like by this point I was so used to everyone else being rude that I was in shock. We had artisan bread with oil and it was delicious! The venue and food were perfect but the staff really really make this place!"

not much needed here: nice drinks, delivered quickly and with a smile. ashley ford served us all night and was an absolute star. never had such a real and funny face that served me single wodkakoks. Top service. top place.

We are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn and after a long day on the bikes we went into this pub for a drink. We were served by the owner(who we didn't realise was the owner at the time) who was so friendly and couldn't...have done enough! We asked if our son could have a non alcoholic cocktail and she was so lovely! She got the bar staff to make it up for him. On holiday from Scotland and being met with someone so friendly was a bonus! Great atmosphere, great beer and extremely friendly staff! Worth a visit!!
