"In occasione di un compleanno crediamo che possa essere il posto giusto…ed infatti:tutto topIniziamo con buonissimi antipasti tipici piacentini accompagnati da gnocco fritto e tortini di zucchine e peperoni ripieni di pomodori e acciughe (buonissimi) Si prosegue con ben primi piatti :pisarei (i miei preferiti) tortelli di zucca delicatissimi Crespelle ai porcini davvero molto buone e ravioli in brodo Il tutto accompagnato da buon vino(personalmente ho provato solo il bianco …buono Concludiamo con una strepitosa torta di frutta fresca rigorosamente fatta dalla Grande Cristina!!!Simpatia gentilezza e ottimo cibo hanno reso un compleanno fantastico! "Iniziamo subito col dire che la qualità di cibo e bevande è molto alta. Ho portato a cena amanti del pesce e ho fatto un'ottima figura. Cantina non smisurata ma con vini eccellenti che bene si accompagnano alle pietanze servite. La location è suggestiva e romantica e l'ambiente curato. Posso solo consigliare di cambiare il tipo d'illuminazione per rendere il locale più intimo."

"While exploring the country side of Piacenza you are bound if lucky to find a place like Le Proposte. We had a fantastic dinner with the freshest ingredients and it was the simplicity of it all that made it just perfect. The antipasto, fresh zucchini flowers very lightly fried and full of flavor, the peppers that accompanied the salame,pancetta,coppa and prosciutto were pickled and just right in the acidity. We were also served a bruschetta with green sauce and goat cheese, I would have wanted more but needed to be carful for what was to come. We decided to share a main course, fresh made caramelle (typical for the Piacenza area) with ricotta and spinach in butter and sage, it has been a very long time that I tasted such decadence in such a simple plate. Absolutely worth the carbs! We then ordered the duck with cherries and Culatello with apricot sauce. The duck was cooked to perfection, and tasted great with the sides, and the culatello was extremely tender and it was perfect with the apricots. For dessert we shared a quite generous portion of peach and chocolate cake, the peaches were fresh and the consistency of the pastry was crispy and delicious. We then were offered a local digestive, I had never tasted a Bargnolino and it was a great way to finish a wonderful dinner. I highly recommend if you are in the area to try this family run restaurant."

"Per i veri amanti del cibo tipico piacentino. Abbiamo provato questa trattoria situata in un luogo magnifico fuori dalla confusione cittadina e con una cucina a dir poco ottima. Accoglienza da parte dei proprietari ottima, abbiamo pranzato sabato a pranzo nei tavoli fuori. Abbiamo solo il tipico antipasto misto con gnocco fritto e i primi, per finire con una ottima sbrisolona, accompagnata con il passito. Tutto ottimo, ravioli ottimi, ripieni al punto giusto e con un gusto casalingo squisito. Lo gnocco fritto ottimo non unto e con una consistenza squisita. Consiglio a tutti di provare questo splendido posto dove mi riprometto di tornare per provare le altre specialità.
