"abbiamo mangiato in questo posto una notte di venerdì grazie ad un regalo di amici. solo notare il posto da quello che ho capito è solo ristorante e non più pizzeria. siamo stati accolti squisitamente e tutto il personale era eccezionale e super disponibile. il cibo era un buon e veloce servizio nonostante fosse un Venerdì notte! Apprezzerei solo le verdure fritte miste un po 'più croccante, per il resto grande. Raccomando di prenotare con un po 'di anticipo come il locale e spesso pieno. Prendere le somme, consigliare per una buona cena di pesce!"

"Pranzo di Natale 2023 da dimenticare. A cominciare dal servizio che è stato scadente. Al nostro arrivo, sul tavolo (da quattro) mancavano 1 bicchiere e 4 posate e abbiamo dovuto chiedere che ci venissero portati, perché il personale, neppure dopo aver servito le bevande, se n 'era accorto. Inoltre, per ben due volte la cameriera, sbadata e assai poco professionale, ha servito solo 3 dei 4 commensali che occupavano il tavolo, senza nemmeno scusarsi quando glielo si è fatto presente, creando imbarazzo e ilarita generale. Inoltre la qualità degli ingredienti era assai scarsa ed i piatti proposti veramente mal cucinati, tant 'è che le fette di arrosto sono arrivate oltre che fredde, anche asciutte e stoppose, insomma immangiabili, il flan (tortino)di verdure, che è un antipasto tradizionalmente servito caldo, è stato portato freddo di frigo e nello stesso piatto degli antipasti freddi. E per finire un caffè terribile che è stato portato dopo più di un 'ora dalla fine del pranzo e comunque solo a seguito di ripetuta richiesta da parte dei clienti. In ultimo, l 'atmosfera e gli arredi che un tempo potevano essere eleganti, ora risultano decadenti, andrebbero un po ' restaurati, svecchiati insomma manca la cosiddetta manutenzione a cominciare dalle imbottiture delle sedie ormai sbiadite e sfondate, per arrivare ai tendoni, uno dei quali, durante il pranzo di Natale, è addirittura caduto insieme al bastone che avrebbe dovuto reggerlo, sui commensali che occupavano uno dei tavoli vicino alle finestre!!!!!!!!! Insomma questo posto ci ha veramente delusi e fatto fare una gran brutta figura. e di sicuro non lo consiglieremo a nessuno. ."

"First, I am a former Executive Chef and have cooked for groups up to 3000 with few complaints. Last evening, our neighbors took us to Villa Les Reves for dinner with Groupon coupons. We were very impressed by the location in the hills of Chieri, surrounded by fruit trees and a very well-kept facility. Entering the restaurant, we were again impressed by the decor and were expecting great things. However, I told my wife while we were still outside that sometimes restaurants make a big deal out of the decor and scrimp on the quality of the food. Regretfully, I was right. Again, the facilities are spectacular, the service was very, very good. Even on a Tuesday evening, it was crowded but the tables were not so close together that we could not hear each other speak. I will not dwell on what I considered sub-standard food but just one example...a boiled chicken and celery salad was tasteless, probably because it had been kept in the refrigerator, again probably uncovered, which took all the taste out of even the celery. Dinner with the Groupon coupon was euro 39.90 a couple, an extra liter of water and two coffees added euro 4.50 to the bill. I wonder what it costs without the coupon? No matter, IMHO it is overpriced for the quality of what you get. They use Groupon for some reason. I think I know why."
