"the hotel was absolutely perfect in any view. the only side was loud construction work outside our room, we were right next to the scaffold and the drilling. my enkelin complained when the holes went on to 5. the personal offered to move us into another room, but we had all started preparing at this point so it was not an option. they surprised us with a beautiful dinner of cheese bus kites and dived left in our room and very appreciated after drowning in the amount on the way back from adele concert. everything else perfect the personal, bar, eating and spa facilities very comfortable stay."

Pleasant and attentive service. Food tasty. Nice for a quiet pre-theatre dinner. A little too dark, maybe turn the lighting up a notch!

Nothing particularly outstanding about this meal food wasn't bad but over priced; the wine we wanted wasn't available and an extremely expensive bottle was recommended instead (and we were given no discount on this). Service was mediocre; ambience nothing special.

crumbs. what an unexpected wonderful hotel. yes, there is a little bit of a temporary, but the renovated rooms are amazing. but the personal is wonderful. the extra mile go and they have a real friendliness. I would recommend this hotel without any doubt. first class.

Starter and main brought together. Instead of separately. Asked for main to stay heated but it was pizza and inedible as so dry. Mushroom soups were luke warm and very claggy. I have had before at anothet branch atWimbledon and soup there was double the size and not so thick. The lamb wete too chsrred, in fact, black, not very nice

Extremely disappointing. The Veganesca had so much chilli in it, it was inedible, had to send back. Worth noting I am used to eating freshly prepared food with chilli and it was even too hot for me! The penne Giadinairi the speciality dish was watery and tasteless. The Manageress walked in the opposite direction when we left! Needless to say we won 't be returning.

three of the four main courses came, one of which was burned and dried (lasagne). my friend asked to replace it, but it was obviously not freshly cooked. he was much better. the main course of my man finally arrived and was okay. my fish dish was ok, nothing special and the sweet was hard and undercooked. carluccio advertised as cooking delicious fresh food it was all disappointing medium.

very enjoyed our stay here yesterday evening, beautiful renovated rooms (we were the first people to stay in it) the use of the executive lounge was a beautiful surprise with complementary eating and drinking. the fitness suite has the most modern equipment and a Fab pool. we were aware of the construction work at check-in, but it did not affect our stay at all. would definitely recommend and would remain.
