Andrea is the host of this small Roman trattoria who prepares espresso, on the spot and classics of Roman cuisine: Cacio e pepe, Carbonara, Amatriciana and also Sorrentina and spaghetti mussels and clams (a dish I ate today! . Very simple location, discreet cuisine. We took a mixed seafood appetizer in two, two spaghetti with clams, two glasses of wine, water and coffee (unbeatable really, strange since it is a bar).
