"My husband, dog, and I have been regular customers at Granny's Kitchen in Lampeter for over four years, previously under old ownership. However, our recent experience on a busy Saturday morning while entertaining out-of-town family was extremely disappointing. The food was not up to par, with some dishes even being forgotten and returned to the kitchen. The biggest letdown, though, was the atrocious customer service from Lilly, who seemed disinterested in addressing our concerns and instead focused on a minor issue with a hash brown. She even dismissed us as a nuisance, claiming she had other customers to attend to. This lack of care and understanding prompted us to leave without paying, despite our intention to support local businesses. As a long-time patron, I found the overall customer experience to be unacceptable and have since chosen to dine elsewhere."

not many options, but the vegan breakfast is beautiful. pretty oily, but it was delicious! service super and all so helpful. soy milk available and milk free circulation

After waiting 30 minutes to get drinks, which were stewed. We cancelled our food and left. Tables that came in after got served before us. Under staffed so not their fault.

Granny's kitchen is excellent. We only visit cafes that are dog friendly and Granny's goes the extra mile to welcome dogs. He's part of us and he loves Granny's in Lampeter. The food is excellent, the service is excellent. We love coming to you x

We were back from a long walk in the local area and were served very quickly for a late lunch on a Sunday. Delicious milkshake and toasted sandwiches, nothing fancy just inexpensive well cooked food. Great tea and cakes also. We will be back again when next on holiday. Staff very friendly and attentive.
