Really highly recommended experience, we went after eating to have a drink and it was like being at home. They let us play music to our liking, incredible waitresses. We went to be there for 1 hour and we were there for a minimum of 8 hours. Incredible prices and good facilities. Madness we will repeat it without a doubt.

This eatery is a bit off the main highway but it is still worth some extra 10 min drive if you value old-school home-made local food and authentic ambience. Prices are very decent and the menu changes depending on what is cooked today (an old-school way to make sure the food is daily-fresh). The cuisine is quite home-style thus may be not very suitable for 'gourmets of haute cuisine ' yet the dishes are delicious and quite hearty. This restaurant is where locals go for food and drinks and so, if you want to immerse into (and support) the local community and to have a good chat in Spanish, this is the place to stop for a meal or for a quick bite on your way to/from Cantabria.
