Lockere Atmosphäre, guter Service, grosse Bierauswahl, man kann sich gut unterhalten (nicht so laut). Es schmeckt ein bisschen nach Essen wenn man reinkommt, hat unserer kleinen Gruppe nicht viel ausgemacht.

Waren wieder mal im California. Das Essen war sehr gut. Mein Lieblingsburger ist definitiv der Bonanza-Burger. Das Lokal ist echt sweet eingerichtet. Das Personal wie immer nett, freundlich und aufmerksam ;-).

Das Restaurant ist sehr schön eingerichtet und macht richtig gute Laune! Das Essen ist ebenfalls Top :) Nur die Bedienung lies zu wünschen übrig...Sätze wie "Habt ihrs langsam?" und unnötiges Augenrollen beim Bestellen muss nicht sein.

Optisch wie in den 50ern eingerichtet, bietet das Lokal sowohl eine tolle Auswahl an verschiedenen Burgern, aber auch anderen Gerichten! Ebenfalls hat das Lokal eine tole Bierkarte!!!Für Fans von amerikanischer Küche und Biergenuss ist das California die richtige Wahl!

Das Konzept mit den Bieren von der ganzen Welt finde ich super! Es gibt tatsächlich über 100 verschiedene Biere von Kenia, über Griechenland bis nach einem schwedischen Crocodile Bier. Die Burger sind sehr gut, für meinen Geschmack jedoch etwas klein. Für eine Kombi Bier/Burger kann ich es empfehlen hin zu gehen.

The restaurant is clean and beautifully decorated. The service is fast and friendly. Unobtrusive music complements the pleasant atmosphere. The menu is rich and varied. It's hard to eat, everything sounds tempting. This big part is the little salad. Fresh and very pleasant to taste. well flavoured and freshly prepared.

We were rather disillusioned when we got to the store. The ambience didn't fit the big picture. No music in the background. The burgers had nothing to do with American diner. Little topping (1 quarter slice of tomato and half a slice of pickled cucumber) and very neutral in taste. The fries weren't particularly good either. A bottle of beer (0.33l) costs an average of 7.5 francs. That's really expensive.

We were out in the evening trying to find somewhere to eat with our 3yo 10mo. This was the only place that was kid friendly and had chicken nuggets! My husband said they had some of the best French fries he's ever had. They also had great drinks and delicious ice cream! No high chairs, but the staff was accommodating and made room for us to pull our buggy up to the table. English speakers available. Super cute American-type diner with delicious Swiss ice cream! Highly recommend if you have picky eaters like me :
