this little jewel found near our hotel. small art red with very helpful staff. eating was nice to house made pasta and baked to die for. they would definitely visit again if we were back in rom.

Good, reliable destination, from cornetti, freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee at breakfast through lunch, sandwiches and good aperitifs and rinks to midnight at the end of a warm sunny day. This lovely bistrot is perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dinner or a quick snack. The menu is refined and favors fresh local products, the wine list extensive. Desserts are amazing (death by chocolate cake, yum), decor and service are both warm and friendly. A little...corner of taste bud heaven near San Giovanni neighborhood. Definitely recommended!

sweet little spot in the portal latina, a mostly residential neighborhood. we visited during their Siesta period so that no complete meal service was available, but the owner realized that my children were hungry and the adults were carried out from sightseeing. he kindly wounded us when we cleared his baked suitcase and robbed him a few beers. he has treated us like family and even praised my Italian skills. Last Tuesday 21st July, we had the good fortune to visit Caffe Nini at lunchtime. What a perfect place. We ordered a lemonade and a real ale, the lemonade was freshly squeezed and the Italian real ale was as good as some Yorkshire ale. The...little plates of food,(olives, peanuts,tuna sandwiches, cheese bites) accompanying the drinks were fresh and generous. It was a very hot day and later we ordered two generous glasses of crisp white wine which again came with fresh olives, small fried fish, and crisps. Lovely, tasty. The owner and his niece were absolutely charming. Our bill for all this was 18 euros!

the cafe nini is located near porta latina and a small park. but it's not just some local caffe. this small, cozy and chic cafe bar restaurant does not seem to sleep, offers great breakfast, lunch, snacks, aperitifs and dinners from. in the morning to late in the evening. the food and drinks are very affordable and the owners are friendly and accommodating. they would go out of their way to enjoy their experience in their caffe. Therefore, the caffe is not only popular for locals, but also for others. so book in advance if you want to be sure, especially on Friday and Saturday night. ps: the burata with tomatensalat is for to die!
