A perfect place for breakfast or lunch. Watch the world hurry by as you enjoy a coffee and quality filled rolls or wraps. Great value, a must visit place.

At first glance, we found the prices on the menu to be a bit high, but the portion sizes were generous and the food was delicious. The café was bustling and noisy, but the staff were efficient and welcoming. The place could use a bit of a renovation/update.

Chose this as preferable to the Holiday Inn. Breakfast is an easy thing to get wrong. Lots of elements -sausage, bacon, french toast,eggs, coffee, it's very rare to get everything right, but they did. Busy place but service was excellent. Went in grumpy, came out full and happy. My mother and I decided to have breakfast at this restaurant. I ordered the Mediterranean dish and my mother had the smoked salmon bagel. Both meals were delicious, fresh, and of high quality. The service was excellent as well. The menu offers a wide variety of options, so we plan on returning for lunch in the future. Additionally, we also took some cheesecakes to go for later.

Was in the west end of Edinburgh one Saturday morning and having skipped on breakfast, thought I would find a little cafe and grab a roll and a coffee for on the go. Cafe Vigo is situated right on the main road through the Corstorphine Area, so was ideal place for what I needed. For 11am on a Saturday morning it was packed both inside and out. Ordered the breakfast wrap and a coffee to go, and waited outside while it was prepared. Order was ready in no time and was VERY tasty! Staff are very friendly and would have no problem visiting here again if in the area.

You know when you order a beetroot and goats cheese salad and you get some leaves, a few cubes of beetroot and a token sprinkling of goats cheese? Well, this was certainly not that! AMPLE portions surprisingly big with home made rustic bread and full to the brim of goodness, fresh ingredients and made with care. My friend had the omelette and it too was hearty and a large portion as well as being very tasty. We didn’t have room for cakes but they looked delightful! Nice cafe and wasn’t overcrowded despite being a lovely Sunday afternoon. Can’t wait to visit again! Voir le carte
