Nice friendly service, however food was poor and only edible if you were hungry. Carbonara tasted liked a microwave meal gone wrong. Won’t be back

Really dirty torn menus, were going to leave and wish we had. Ordered two breakfasts, confusion about what was included, much messing around. 45 minute wait for food. More than half an hour for coffee. A friend was at the next table, they had a similar experience. There were lots of staff on shift. All in all poor experience. Won’t be back.

This has been a pillar of Clarkson for years but not been since the refer. Won't be back. Coleslaw watery and had bubbles. Now this could be personal taste but tuna melt should be toasted. Was more like a tuna and cheese sandwich but on a ciabatta roll. Tuna mayo was quite sloppy as well. Side salad was the best but but even some of that was on the brown side. Voir le carte

Looked forward to a delicious brunch but were disappointed to find Roma, Clarkston, under 'new management '. The chef can 't make french toast as it was very dry and we had to ask for 'maple syrup '. He doesn 't know the difference between proper pancakes and inedible crepes, adorned with a squirt of 'squeezy ' cream and a few scattered berries. If you want to be able to eat your brunch then AVOID this place!!

Food was terrible no vegetarian option for douo and sandwich Food arrive bland no taste very poor presentation no salad no cokeslaw no crisps and quarter a bowl of soup Complsined and the manager was useless took the food back and never even offered another option she was also didn't care she said well nobody else has complained Extremely bad customer service on her part and the chief needs sacked it was awful experience

When I was growing up this was the site of MacMillan Models and very happy memories. I decided to have the all day breakfast for a weekday lunch. The service was friendly and the place was not very busy. Overall the breakfast was ok. I did like the inclusion of Lorne sausage and fried potato scone, as I’ve not seen those in breakfasts in other places in ages. So that helped bring back memories. The coffee was pretty good. We visited here when were visiting Glasgow. Firstly , they were so helpful as we made our booking allowing for us flying in from Ireland but the plane was quite delayed and we had no idea when it would leave. But they kept our booking and also gave us the pre theatre menu . Yes there were still restrictions , and we were very happy how they dealt with it. The food was amazing ,and service friendly and considered. Had a great time catching up with family in lovely resteraunt, great food and company . Would recommend based on our experience .

Ordered soup and sandwich combo, friend is vegetarian, sandwich option was, tuna, chicken or cheese and ham. Asked if we could have cheese and tomato, was told no but could have cheese without ham! Food arrived, the bowl was half filled with a bland, seasonless soup and half a panimi (not a sandwich), no garnish. When we complained we were told nobody else has complained today Very disappointed with the service and the standard of food, definitely won 't be back. I always try and support local businesses, sorry that I can 't be a supporter here.

I went to Roma for Brunch with my mum and daughter on Saturday 6th Jan 24. We wanted something from the Brunch menu , only to be told we couldn't order from that as their supplier had let them down so would need to order from the a la carte. I didn't fancy anything from that , I wanted something light as was 12 noon. I ordered coffees and scones , the coffees came and after 5 mins still no scones, asked what the hold up was the waitress said ,we heat the scones in here takes 15 mins . The scones came , i touched the middle ,it was really cold obviously frozen scones, gave them back . Instead of the staff being apologetic they seemed annoyed, wont be back .
