Lovely staff, who sorted tea and coffee for us on a cold night. Seemed to be a nice friendly place

Popped in for a coffee, which was lovely. It’s a great little place, good fun in the evenings (real ale is well kept) but calm and snug in the daytime. Highly recommend Voir le carte

I stumbled upon this cafe the morning after a concert at the Robin 2. It's a charming little place with friendly staff and the breakfast was fantastic. The prices were very reasonable.

The restaurant offers a great selection of beers, with lovely staff and a nice atmosphere. The smashing cobs are delicious. I am considering joining the whiskey club, which is held every few weeks.

The beer at this place was excellent, it was so good I almost fell off my chair! They have a fantastic variety of drinks including cask ales and craft beer in abundance. And let's not forget about the amazing cheese selection. Definitely worth checking out! Voir le carte

This pub is a hidden gem. I have been here numerous times recently and wanted to wait until now to leave a review. The beer is consistently excellent, with a wide variety of ales and ciders available. The service is always friendly and welcoming, and the background music adds to the overall atmosphere.

Been going to the metro for years now and it will always be a lovely little cafe, with an incredible atmosphere and staff! There is good push chair access and I would expect also wheelchair. I love going annually for the light switch on, where we Carol, drink hot chocolate and have a great time! I am especially fond of their cheese toastie, but others might like all the other cooked or uncooked meals suitable for any time of the day except the evening when the cafe opens up the bar for the night.

Since this quaint little pub as moved from front to back, it has proved to be a lovely venue to be able to meet friends safely...... I have Been going her since COVID pub rules came into force. I would like to commend the service provided under these new strict rules. Very clean and abide to COVID rules making it a safe place to be. Beer and drinks excellent and large choice and staff providing individual table service only, who are all welcoming and sociable. As a nurse I feel so relaxed under these circumstances. Only thing I would like to ask is if low, background music could be played as to provide atmosphere. Voir le carte
