After visiting the stalactite caves nearby, we sat at a table on th terrace and enjoyed a delicious meal with each of us choosing among an array of fish or shellfish dishes and ending up with a highly recommendable café gourmand dessert (coffee accompanied with various little sweet snacks). Probably the best address in Vallorbe at the moment. Excellent food and perfectly prepared with a corresponding price tag, but well worth it. Changing the lighting in the restaurant would add a little to the ambience, but no real reason to complain. Very friendly, fast and competant service. If you're a meat-eater, this is the ONLY place to go in the vicinity! Get a whopping piece of steak (beef or horse by choice) on a hot stone to finish up at the table. Went twice and loved it. Make sure to book in advance!

Im Moment wahrscheinlich die beste Adresse in Vallorbe. Ausgezeichnetes Essen und perfekt zubereitet mit entsprechendem Preis, aber es lohnt sich. Das Wechseln der Beleuchtung im Restaurant würde ein wenig zur Atmosphäre beitragen, aber keinen wirklichen Grund zur Beschwerde. Sehr freundlicher, schneller und kompetenter Service. Wenn Sie ein Fleischesser sind, ist dies der EINZIGE Ort in der Nähe! Holen Sie sich ein tolles Stück Steak (Rindfleisch oder Pferd nach Wahl) auf einen heißen Stein, um am Tisch zu enden. Wir waren zweimal und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Buchen Sie unbedingt im Voraus!

The restaurant we were lucky enough to dine at was simply amazing. As soon as we arrived, the warm and elegant atmosphere immediately seduced us. But it was above all the quality of the food that completely won us over. Each bite was a true delight for the taste buds. The flavors were perfectly balanced and the dishes were presented with great finesse. We were also impressed by the impeccable and attentive service from the staff. They took great care of us and made our experience even more pleasant. We can only recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. We look forward to returning !
