The worst food I have eaten. I ordered a Mozzarella served with asparagus, cherry tomatoes, orange and crispy ham salad £16. What I was served was a bland buttata floating in oil with basil. A slither of ham and asparagus. See picture. Very disappointed

The service was perfect. They were attentive and helpful. The range in flavors in the dishes we got, was great. Great fish and all of our pasta was perfect. Yummy breads and olive oil to start with. My wife and son couldn’t stop talking about how good it was.

We came here by chance and managed to get a table very glad we did! I'm English but spend a lot of time in Italy with my Italian husband and it is refreshing to find a chef who cooks fish (orata) simply but very well! We had a lovely meal with attentive service grazie mille!

We visited late after we could not make the time of our booking. We were welcomed like list travellers and the hospitality turned out to be excellent. Staff were attentive and engaging. The real strength of the restaurant is the food on offer. Extremely tasty and well presented. This restaurant must be one of the top Italian restaurants in London.

The overall experience was terrible! I haven’t experienced such bad service in my whole life. The lady manager needs to be fired! She is bad energy a real devil rude with the staff and not considerate about guest. Yelling at kitchen staff throughout our dinner. The food was cold and taste average so please don’t get deceived with the design of the upper seating

We are staying in Pimlico for the London leg of our vacation, and we’ve eaten at Cacio e Pepe twice in the past three nights, ordering different things for each meal. The food is uniformly superb, equalling anything that we’ve ever had in our many trips to Italy. The service is attentive, friendly, and efficient. A world-class dining experience from start fo finish—bravissima!

Very bad experience. The food was very bad , cold and the service was pathetic . The female manager of the restaurant was continuously screaming at her staff, was very rude and was continuously banging the kitchen door with aggression and anger. It was such a unpleasant experience. We went with our 2 kids for dinner to have a nice meal in London but landed up so upset and disappointed. One of the worst experiences!

We visited on a Saturday lunchtime and had a perfect couple of of hours from the warm greeting through to our final spoon of dessert. The food was interesting and excellent. Generous seared crab for me and burrata for S were both very strong. My main of Beetroot Risotto was lovely. Finishing off with a very authentic Tiramisu. Our Sicillian wine was recommended and a very good choice and we welcomed the chance to taste the recommended Chianti. Service was attentive and relaxed. If you find yourself in Pimlico or anywhere around Victoria you should seek this place out.

Had high expectations. But was let down. Nice Italian environment. But Erica was haughty. The write up about her on their website is a woman who is passionate about her food and everything. I expect all Italians do. But sadly, this was missing during my visit. She sashayed around and did not appear interested in you. A confident woman no doubt, but I am not sure whether it works when you need to establish a relationship with your customers. Especially when your restaurant is not ‘way up there’. Anyway.
