Friendly staffThe owner seems like a really unfriendly and generally bad person.

On a recent short break to Harrogate, we had walked by Burgers and More on numerous occasions, as we completed the short walk into the town centre.

We just experienced the one of the best burgers ever at burgers&more. We chose this place because of the very exiting burger menu. The very friendly staff sat down with us and properly explained about the menu to help us and even offered great suggestions. They do woodfired pizzas too and taste gorgeous, we couldn't have both pizza and burger same time but he offered us childrens size pizza to share and it was perfect!! have booked a last minute here for my daughter birthday. As soon as we went in, we received a warm welcome and a relaxed atmosphere. there were 7 of us in the group, including a child, and we were perfect with an excellent standard of food and all for a great price. Once it was noticed, it was my daughter birthday the manager (I assume! returned with party banner and a badge! we were so spoiler for the choice on the very varied menu that we cannot wait to go back and work our way through every meal! I made a last-minute reservation here for my daughter's birthday. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a relaxed atmosphere. There were 7 of us in the group, including a child, and we were all well taken care of with delicious food at a reasonable price. When it was mentioned that it was my daughter's birthday, the manager came back with party banners and a badge! The menu was so diverse that we couldn't decide what to order and look forward to coming back to try everything. Thank you for a truly wonderful evening!

we loved the relaxed feeling and decor of burgers and more! the selection was amazing, it was hard to choose first, but our decisions were supported by the additional detail of the employees. I had the fish and chips while my man had the blackpool stack with the oink oink and black beauty burgers. neither of us were disappointed with our choice and no matter how full I was, I was determined to press in a pudding and chose the crumb that was apfel and cranberry. Service - The service was a bit mixed at first, with the female server seeming distracted, but improved when a male server took over and was very attentive. Overall, the service was very good. Food - The food was excellent, especially the ribs. The only downside was that the mini burgers were quite small and left me still feeling hungry. I would recommend going for a larger burger option instead. Atmosphere - The atmosphere was lacking, with quiet surroundings and repetitive music playing. However, the restaurant is still pleasant and worth a visit, especially if you love burgers or other menu options.

Booked here as it caught my eye when I was looking at places to eat in Harrogate, I'm not from Harrogate so wasn't sure we're to go. I booked this in advanced and when me and my partner arrived we were instantly welcomed into the restaurant, we booked dinner time so it was really quiet, however the service was brilliant. The owners made conversation straight away which really made you feel welcome. I had the bucking bronco burger as I like my spicy food and this did not disappoint. service the service was mixed: the woman who took our beverage order looked like she had more important things with which she could proceed. However, a man came by and spent a good 5-10 minutes walking through the menu, explain all the options and said they were ready to offer everyone: nothing would be too much annoyed. this improved the experience and after that, the woman returned and seemed much happier to deal with us. besides the first quibble, the service was very good. food that was excellent.
