The dinner was superb, with food that truly deserves a perfect score of 5. The service was equally impressive, with attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was delightful, creating a warm and inviting environment. Additionally, finding parking was a breeze, with plenty of free spaces available. Highly recommend!"

"We've spent £25 on 3 pizzas tonight (and that was using buy 1 get 1 half price deal). 20 minutes after ordering we received a phonecall saying there was no garlic paste which was no big deal, we changed from garlic and cheese bread to margharita pizza. An hour and a half later 2 pizzas arrived! I phoned immediately and was told they'd realised the margharita wasn't packed and would get sent out by another driver. It took 30 minutes to arrive. Overall the pizzas were not of the usual standard for jasmine pizzas. Chicken chasni one hardly had any sauce on the base. And the pepperoni pizzas and margharita were over cooked and dry."

"The meals from this restaurant used to be a delight, but my last two experiences were disappointing. The food was soggy, lacked flavor, and the quality was very poor. The service was acceptable, but the restaurant doesn't seem to have many customers anymore, making it easy to pre-order and pay through the app, then just walk in, pick it up, and leave. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, as the food was so unappetizing that it went straight into the trash. It's such a shame to see this place change so dramatically; I suspect new owners who may not have the skills of the previous ones and are possibly using lower-quality ingredients."

"We received a warm welcome at this lovely, cozy restaurant. While the food was of very good quality, there were items missing from our plates when they were served. My husband's turkey meal was missing stuffing balls, and my belly pork was missing baked apple and scratching. We notified the staff, and the missing items were brought to us later in the meal. Despite this, everything was delicious. We would have preferred to receive the entire meal at once and at the same temperature. We plan to return as we understand that mistakes can happen. "Upon entering the restaurant, the ambiance seemed pleasant. However, once the food was served, we were extremely disappointed. It was one of the worst meals we have had in a long time. We would have preferred to go to McDonald's, which says a lot. The calamari was unrecognizable according to my husband, and the garlic mushrooms seemed like they had been microwaved. The kids ordered chicken strips and fish and chips, but my son complained that there was hardly any fish in the batter. The portion sizes were small - we ordered Linguine and a small bowl of chips to share. The Linguine tasted like it was from a boil-in-a-bag. The prices were equivalent to a 4-star restaurant, but the food was more on par with a 2-star rating. The staff did not inquire about the quality of our meal. When we asked for ketchup, we received only one tiny packet for two kids. We ended up going to Tesco for dessert. When my husband went to pay, he mentioned that the meal was mediocre at best, but this seemed to surprise the staff. We will not be returning. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and we cannot understand how anyone could claim the food was good."
