On time. Good food. Friendly staff. Had a lot of takeaways from these guys and always happy with the quality of the food. Ordered Methi Paneer and Tikka Jalfrezi this time round. Chicken samosas tasty too.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but our food wasnt great. The food was really not good. The prawn madras was a few shrimps swimming in sauce with no onions or veg, just liquid. The dhal was bland, the onion bhajdis were overcookedand the portions were very small. Would never order again.

Awful Delivery Experience!!! Driver rang and said he can’t come in the flat building because of Covid, absolute rubbish! I am in a wheelchair and getting around can be difficult for me, I told this to the driver and he didn’t care! Still wanted me to come outside! I am happy to say that I WILL NOT be ordering from this establishment ever again! Just awful!!!

This take-away is near my friends and not my local. They have used it before when we came but we were particularly dissapointed with it this time. My tarka dhal appeared to have no lentils in it at all and was runny like soup. I've not made it myself before but i read that lentils are added last minute so it's almost like they forgot to put them in. The little bag of salady stuff was frozen! My husbands meal left him with horrible indigestion all night. I'm also giving a negative point for the use of plastic containers rather than a more eco option. I placed an order on Just Eat which was cancelled due to living too far away. After calling the restaurant and placing the order by phone, we were informed that the original cancellation was due to the distance. Despite just finishing a charity run and feeling exhausted, we were willing to wait for our food. This was our first time ordering from this restaurant as we had recently moved nearby. However, we felt unwelcome and like a burden. Ultimately, we decided to cancel the order ourselves. I ordered food for delivery from this restaurant a couple of weeks ago. It took 2.5 hours to arrive and when it did, our Naan was missing. We called them and were told that because we ordered through Just Eat, they couldn't refund the Naan but would give us a free Naan next time if we called them directly, along with a free dish for the delay. When we called tonight to redeem the offer, we were called liars. They denied the delay and refused to honor the free dish. Due to this poor customer service, we have decided to never order from them again. They missed a chance to make things right and instead, made the experience worse. Takeaway was dreadful and to be honest I think I'm definitely within my rights to request a £45 refund. It took over an hour to be delivered even though the address was within walking distance to their establishment. The food had a thick layer of grease on the top, and I mean THICK. The prawns in the curry were all shrivelled up and there was only five of them. Which in hindsight was probably a blessing shrivelled prawns don't shout FRESH to me. The sag paneer was just sag. And so greasy. I've literally never had a greasy sag paneer before in my life?!? Some of the food was burnt. The bombay potatoes were tasteless. The mushroom rice was missing mushroom.
