"I 'm not someone who gets upset about little things when I go to a restaurant. If it takes a while or something else goes wrong, no problem, it just happens. In this case, however, it was a different story: While the order and drinks were relatively quick, there was a long wait for the food. When, after a good hour especially since we had children with us), we dared to ask the waitress how the food was, the nice lady immediately went into attack mode: The place was full half full would have been more accurate, as several tables were free), so we would just have to be patient, orders would be processed in the order they came in which was actually true, as the disillusionment was already palpably spreading at the neighboring tables). A wait of over an hour was perfectly acceptable, she thought. The next bitter disappointment came in the form of the food that finally arrived: Kaiserschmarrn and medallions were lukewarm at best, schnitzel only moderately tasty, fries only partially fried and raw inside. When our returned fries were replaced after another 20 minutes – albeit with a sincere apology from the male, much more dedicated waitress – no one had much of an appetite left. If we had been warned at the beginning that the food would take longer, perhaps combined with a small greeting from the liquor aisle or the candy section, everything apart from the condition of the food) would have been half as bad. However, unprofessional waitresses who argue with guests about reasonable waiting times have almost the opposite effect. Overall, our visit was, unfortunately, an experience we would have gladly avoided."

I would like to add some helpful suggestions on my part-please not to be a massive criticism-- I would like to add that may be avoided, such as, for example, room temperature too cold, chair overhang stacked on the side, white tablecloths for this occasion look more festive, champagne glasses were also unfortunately not yet ready. The ambience of the restaurant is super original Bavarian and cozy. If you are reserved before you get a place, you must spontaneously have luck because the bride is well visited.
