"I 'm not someone who gets upset about little things when I go to a restaurant. If it takes a while or something else goes wrong, no problem, it just happens. In this case, however, it was a different story: While the order and drinks were relatively quick, there was a long wait for the food. When, after a good hour especially since we had children with us), we dared to ask the waitress how the food was, the nice lady immediately went into attack mode: The place was full half full would have been more accurate, as several tables were free), so we would just have to be patient, orders would be processed in the order they came in which was actually true, as the disillusionment was already palpably spreading at the neighboring tables). When our returned fries were replaced after another 20 minutes – albeit with a sincere apology from the male, much more dedicated waitress – no one had much of an appetite left. If we had been warned at the beginning that the food would take longer, perhaps combined with a small greeting from the liquor aisle or the candy section, everything apart from the condition of the food) would have been half as bad. However, unprofessional waitresses who argue with guests about reasonable waiting times have almost the opposite effect. Overall, our visit was, unfortunately, an experience we would have gladly avoided."
