Ottima accoglienza da parte del proprietario, giovane e molto simpatico. Cibo ottimo, i primi veramente gustosi nella rivisitazione della cucina torinese, da non perdere la carne cruda. Se cambiano le sedie 5 stelle

Gestore disponibilissimo, menu a 25€ con tre antipasti, primo, vino, grissini, acqua, caffè e amaro. Pietanze ottime, fin dai grissini caserecci. Avremmo potuto scegliere tra 2 primi ma ci è stata offerta comunque un vassoio di risotto per assaggiare. Il tavolo al piano di sotto ha reso la cena più intima e tranquilla. Consigliato! One of the few places in the city I would avoid. The Gnocchi was bland accompanied with appropriate poor parmigiano cheese. The dessert was ordinary as from a factory and its glazing was definitely a bottled sweetener not uncommon in kitchens that do not make their own desserts but still. The table, the table cloth, the plate, the pricing, everything was disappointing.

Sono stato in questo ristorante diverse volte e mi sono sempre trovato molto bene. Il cibo è davvero ottimo. La qualità dei prodotti usati per la cucina è molto alta! Di base ha un menù di cucina piemontese ma rielaborato in modo attento e delicato. Il personale è gentile e disponibile e gli ambienti ben curati. Assolutamente consigliato per cene con amici o di coppia!

Menu ricco e decisamente buono. Ottimi vini. Sono tornato venerdì scorso dopo un po' di tempo e la gestione è cambiata (a giudicare dalle persone che servono a tavola). Costante la qualità è la particolarità del menù, forse con porzioni un po' ridotte. Gentilezza e professionalità buone. Scelta di liquori e amato molto bassa, con apparente ignoranza sul tema. È un locale molto carino in San Salvario, nella zona più tranquilla. Sono andato in diverse occasioni (compleanni con 'tavolate ' e cene 'più intime ' con poche persone e ogni volta mi sono trovato molto bene. Il personale è molto cordiale e quando sono andato per dei compleanni il gestore si è reso disponibile a fare un menù fisso a buon prezzo! Il cibo è sicuramente un punto forte: da amante della carne cruda ogni volta prendo l 'antipasto con la battuta di fassone piemontese (buo-nis-si-mo!! .... in generale però mi è piaciuto sempre quello che ho preso e si avverte in ogni piatto la qualità della materia prima!

It’s been a while from the last time I’ve been in Turin. What a Rediscovery! Just walk over a little hidden corner of the city and you can sit with a very traditional chef’s table. The restaurateur, Jacopo, is a well prepared professional with positive attitudes. We started with several traditional starters, which were superb, and local wine (the only good choice). An upper level for our mains: “Caramelle Piemontesi al Burro di Cascina e Tartufo uncinato” was simply outstanding.
