Our waiter (Jordan I think his name was) was really pleasant which encouraged me to keep the service charge on which I usually don't agree with. The ambience was superb and the wait times between courses could not have been better. The food presentation was on point as well as the quality as well as there being plenty to choose from. I recently dined here for dinner and overall had a wonderful experience. The food was outstanding, earning a solid 5 out of 5, with the Chicken Sandwich and Crispy Beef Ends standing out as must-try dishes. The atmosphere was also top-notch, receiving another 5. As for the service, it was good but could use a little improvement, so I give it a 4. One thing to keep in mind is that finding parking can be somewhat challenging, but there is a free parking lot available. My meal cost around £40-50 per person, which I think is reasonable for the quality of food and experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Log fire roaring, what a way to greet you on a cold, wet November day! Service was great , we were served by Alya (apologies if we didn 't catch your name correctly! . Food was amazing,, especially the starters and the black 'n ' blue loaded fries! . Excellent beer with the Cheshire Cat from Weetwood brewery.. Definitely recommend a stop off here for a meal and warm.welcome. Looking forward to trying some of the other paragon locations, but this will be hard to beat !! fanatic night for my father 69th birthday. nothing was too much annoyed for our waiter oli. the little things made a big difference. to swallow the muddy heaps for my son so that my daughter has a gurken side instead of a mix side salad. we help us meet our menu choices when we were indecision to choose what and constantly check on us, catering to our needs, a family photo for us etc. it's all these little things that create the whole experience. the food was excellent a carnivore sky! everything beautifully presented, hot tasty can owe nothing! the child's meal was a perfect part, and my daughter swallowed her pack! everything in all, a perfect night, beautiful atmosphere, great background...
