The food was OK but the service was just awful. We ordered from the Sunday lunch menu and the food took 50 minutes to come out. One of our meals then didn't arrive until it was chased and one of the meal missing a Yorkshire pudding. I don't think I've ever left a negative review on here but this was just not good enough. We have a newborn baby, so for the past few Sundays, we've been picking up roast dinners from the Blacksmiths. The staff is incredible—very attentive, and the food is absolutely delicious! Everything is always well-wrapped, ensuring there are no spills, and they truly think of everything. You've made our lives a little easier, so thank you for your accommodation. Went for Sunday lunch two Sundays ago and we arrived half hour early, we were sat in a lovely lounge area and drinks bought to table. Then right on time they said our table was ready. All 4 of us ordered two courses Sunday lunch menu. Starters were awesome liked by all. The main was incredible very tasty we asked for extra gravy and cauliflower cheese and nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant is extremely clean and the staff are very friendly.
