"Big shout out to Karen and the team for the outstanding service! Karen truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. The food, service, and atmosphere all get a perfect score of 5. Don't miss out on the Full English Breakfast, it's a must-try. Plus, there's plenty of free parking available in the parking lot."

"albeit we had a little hardships to find our way into this restaurant during the evening dark, we finally managed to identify the right staircase to this food. it was definitiw the frustration to find the Riverwalk terrace for thai river. we enjoyed a pork dish that comes in chang mai kitchen. it was a manifestation. our second main was a standard enten curry, also very tasty."

"Visited at happy hour....the staff are super friendly, I ordered the potato skins, onion rose and Texas 2step. I think the happy hour portions may be slightly smaller compared to the pics in reviews.....but for this I am glad as there was more than enough and good value for money. 1st off the onion rose.....how can onion taste this good??! One of the tastiest things ive ate in a while. The ribs and chicken came out, the ribs were delicious and tender.....I thought I wouldn't eat the chicken goujons as was already full...but they surprised me how nice they were so ended up eating them all. All round great meal, definitely recommend."

"If you are reading this, then you may be aware that I wrote a review on May 1st 2023 about our first time here, and at the end I said we would return. Well guess what? We did. On this occasion it was a little quieter than previous, but being in the centre of the university City, and it was the middle of August, we put it down to a lot of students being away for the summer, but it didn't dampen our enthusiasm for the place nor the food. It was lovely to know that Clare remembered who we were, despite 4 months since our last visit, and given that fact she would have seen hundreds of people since, for us, that is where customer service reigns supreme. Again they surpassed themselves with the food because it was on level 10, and despite spending the night in the area, any other restaurant was not even in our thoughts, but it's the little touches that make places like this, down to things that are not on the drinks menu, that are made in the form of drinks with a secret twist. So now you have read the 2nd review, you are now thinking, shall we go, and the answer SHOULD be yes. Until the next time........"

"Started off really well and went over to the counter and ordered a crepe with banana and Nutella and specifically stated no strawberries I also asked for a San Pelegríno still water as this was on the menu also. I was the first person to order and the last to eat in the end. I got brought my water over which was a cheaper brand water that I just paid £2 for what would I have liked to have seen ? We’ll when I asked for san pelligrino still water to be told that they don’t have that in. Finally my crepe comes and I take a bite and realise that it’s got strawberries in all the way through which I’m allergic too. One of my family members takes it back and says that I asked for banana not strawberry there’s a reason why I can’t eat it and didn’t want it on my crepe. Then 5 minutes later another crepe comes out that was my bitten crepe that someone had opened up and picked the strawberries out and put banana in. Disgusting absolutely … not sure if this was a mistake or just being stingy either way it’s not on. It then again gets returned because there is no way I am eating that and it gets explained once again there is a reason I can’t eat strawberries to which then one of the owners comes over to serve the correct crepe and apologise . I really hope a lesson was learnt today because cross contamination is not a joke. Please be careful when eating there. I didn’t get offered a refund but then again they were willing to serve me a bitten crepe again so it didn’t surprise me that much."
