"We went here as a group of 12 for lunch. The food was really good so no complaints on that side. We turned up at 12pm and didn't leave until after 3pm (over 3 hours) as the service was extremely slow. We were told it was because we hadn't pre-ordered, but there were many other tables that also hadn't pre-ordered, so I don't accept this as a good excuse. It's a shame as it's close to our office and would have liked to use again, but just can't afford to take that much time over lunch."

I've been living here for about a week now, and Bill's has become my favorite spot for brunch. The tea is fantastic, the atmosphere is lovely, and the service is excellent. I definitely recommend it!

The atmosphere was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The historic setting, filled with ghost stories, added to the charm. It was my favorite meal during my recent trip to Surrey.

We were seated and rushed out within 45 minutes! The starters and main courses were served at the same time, and they didn't even have basic spirits available! It was a waste of money, and I was thoroughly disappointed.

excellent meal, possibly the best of 2022. kinks down in the crypt with a fabulous host who was happy to run up and down and take care of their guests. the beetroot and feta salad starter was perfect as the main dishes of lachs and burger. the free cocktails were a real bonus! by recommended.

Had a good evening at Bills our waiter was very good and no complaints about the quality of the food and drink which was very good. We did have a long wait for our food as our order somehow got lost and it looked like other diners were also waiting a long time so something needs to be fixed. Would still recommend.
