"Unfortunately we had a really bad experience at BIG BULL.We had to wait 1hour and 45 minuttes for the food, and when it finally came, it was just really disappointing!Eventhough we had ordered a ' northern Amercian' steak ( EUR 30 a piece + sideorders) it was nearly raw ( Not medium) it was Meat at bad quality and had a bad taste ( practically inedible) . Microwave cooked potatoes and vegetables totally overcooked and tasteless. On top of that the service was inadequate and unproffesional from start til end - we Do not offen complain, but this is - without comparison - the worst and most unproffesional restaurant we have visited ! Big Bull CANNOT be recommended, staff and chef needs replacement, and quality boost on all foods needed ! PS: Never experienced a steakrestaurant where There is no winelist ! PPS: the restaurant is located in Grossneumarkt , and not Bambeker Stasse, as shown on tripadvisor map"

We arrived in this restaurant only to wait 45 minutes before we were asked for our order which was ridiculous. Manage the staff better and don't forget to remember the patrons.

Served our drinks, but order for food never taken. Think we were ignored due to our nationality. Not a good experience at all. Don't recommend eating here at all, find elsewhere to go if you're not German.

we have visited this restaurant twice. Both times the staff were increadible serviceminded - always helpfull and smiling. The beef was excellent. Really tasty and tender. The interior is american style without tablecloths but its just fullfill the concept.

They serve mostly South American food, particularly hamburgers prepared with imported meat directly from Argentina I guess, without being freezed as stated in their menu, which I don't know how they manage to do that but the food was spectacular indeed. The staff is no frills.

Six of us ate here on Wednesday night (visiting from Scotland) and were made very welcome by Axana who offered us the best service and giggles ever. Food was delicious and beautifully presented, with all sorts of steaks, meats in general and fish too. Great atmosphere and situated just our of the city centre.

very unfriendly services. had a table reserved for 2. in the future we were put on a table to other people. when I complained about it, the service told me very unfriendly that it would be like that to silvester. eating was nothing special, we were very disappointed this evening and will not visit this locally.

We visited this place on a saturday evening. We had to wait far too long for a very disappointing dish. It looked like the chef was absent and the staff tried to cook the dishes themselves. The Big Schwein was a dry piece of meat with tastless vegetables directly from the can, the hamburger was also totally dry and far too saulty. The waitresses did their best, they were kind but they couldn't handle it. Not worth the money.
