"FOOD DRINKS The menu only has a few options which is good. Usually that means they do what they do best without trying hard to please everyone. I got the dolsot bibimbap with spicy pork. It came with three sides. Two pickled veggies and...a kimchi soup. Lets start with the sides. The soup was ok. sour than spicy. The pickled veggies kicked my taste buds with lots of acidity. I don't know if that was intended or not but that was a completely new experience in Korean cuisine for me. The whole purpose of the dolsot is to make the rice crispy. No one tells you that in the restaurant. Since I had to take pictures anyway, the dolsot had time to cook the rice and make it crispy at the bottom. That didn't happen. The dolsot was just not hot enough. Basically the function of the dolsot was to keep the dish warm. The veggies were quite soft and the spicy pork was ok. The tiny bits here and there were not that exciting. Everything mixed together, as it should be, ended being mushy. The spice level was medium, low for the Asian tongue. Fortunately they had some red chili paste on the table to push it a bit more. The downside of using the paste was that the whole dish became even mushier. SERVICE The waitress was cute but that can't really influence my rating, can it? Service was very basic at best. ATMOSPHERE I love this location. Its modern and hip. Very stylish. This restaurant reflects the aesthetic and trendier side of Korea. Definitely a place to take out your girlfriend if you happen to have one. Fortunately for me they also have seats for singles. RATING I went here with my hopes held high and I was very impressed with the interior. The food was mediocre at best. Basically a hot stone pot with rice, veggies and meat. Very very basic. The thing I was missing is texture! The sunny side up egg could have been crispy at the bottom, the rice could have been already a bit crispy when they bring it out to the customer and the meat should smell so aromatic and flavorful that it makes you drool."

Dusseldorf has a great Korean area. We decided to try Bibimcup thanks to all the good reviews. It was a good choice. The products are fresh and the bibimcup was good. I like the fried dumplings too.

K Fair in Dusseldorf, a bowl of comfort after a long day in the Messe. Great starters, beef bibimcup with egg was the favorite but everybody around the table was happy with the food and service. Service was speedy and frienly.

Went there for lunch and had a purely pleasant experience. The place itself is cozy, the personnel is friendly. They had lunch offers of per menu including bibimbap, a starter (fried dumplings or rice rolls) and a drink. Vegetarian/vegan options are really tasty. That...was a really nice introduction to the Korean cuisine, I would recommend this place! Voir le carte

Went here for a nice lunch, expenting super tasty food.. Some of it was really good like the fish pancake and the rest of it (Bibimcup Bulgogi) was nothing special... The service was also questionable, with the of us at the table, they meals.. And we waited for the third one for another and the restaurant was not even that busy in that moment. Anyway, not impressed.

We were looking for a nice place to have lunch when we stubled upon this place. It was our first Korean food experience and we were not disappointed at all! The atmosphere was great and the restaurant was decorated very nicely. The menu offered a...lot of different options to choose from, for both lunch and dinner. We ordered the Jae Yuk (pork) and the Kimchi Udon (beef). The food looked and smelled great, but tasted ever better! The portions were quite big, both the food and the glasses of wine Would definitely recommend going here if you are looking for tasty Korean food!

The food was very disappointing.. It didn't taste like REAL Korean food to be honest. I ordered the bibimbap, but there was so much meat and less rice in the bowl.. The meat was also very tough. Also the soup that came with that dish...was very sour.. The quality of the meat was just bad and didn't tastes that good. And I also ordered a seafood pancake, but I couldn't even see the seafood in the pancake! The asian guy who took my order wasn't really friendly, when I asked him something about the menu. He reacted very irritated and said: That's what I just told you. How rude!! Only the asian girl was very sweet and helpful. The quality of the food and staff could be improved.. Voir le carte

The interior is really super beautiful, cozy, stylish, with lots of attention to detail (Many plants, Schreiner Mobiliar.. Unique concept: Bibimbap, also go to the Cup Only 2 menus (or also individually available, 4 toppings, but for the very tasty (Lob to the cook large portions. Price Performance Top! (Kor. Restaurants tend to rage prices. The iced teas are also delicious. You can also talk to the owner supi. Please stay in this way and not greedy for more success;D Do you have a tip: How about stamp cards? And, for example, Mini Portion kimchi gratis? This is always the case with the Korea...

As you walk into the restaurant you are greeted right away which is always nice. The decor is also really trendy and well put together. I had just finished walking and touring the city all day and had decided to do take away. I originally...wanted to order a soup but was told that they cannot do soup as take away as it is to dangerous. That’s the first time I ever heard of something like that and found it to be a bit ridiculous. But to be fair, I was a tourist and I am not to sure if that is the restaurants policy or if it is German food safety law. If it’s the restaurants policy I would recommend in purchasing togo containers made for soup. I ended up ordered a bibimbap bowl and some dumpli...
