very nice and cozy local . attention to detail, maybe a little too dark but pleasant cmq. the layout of the tables too small very close to each other and especially in this period did not like me. Our hotel recommended this restaurant when we couldn’t get into the Michelin Sottomaia restaurant. We arrived at 8pm no one there concerned told most people arrive at 9pm. We started with something similar to steak tartar amazing and marinated anchovies with marinated onions sublime. Everything seasoned to perfection. "the queen of meats after a wonderful day on the boat, we stop at dinner at follonica. This evening we booked by John Steak for a meat peel!
