Berretto Lounge - Carte

Was greeted and served by a lovely girl called Holly, she couldn’t have done anymore to make me and my family feel welcome ! :

First time there with 4 of us and my dog and will definitely be back. Very good food. Great service and a nice place. We were all impressed.

I would typically not choose this place for tea, but I was pleasantly surprised by the very good burger offered at 10:00am. In addition, the cooked breakfasts are also quite tasty.

The food and service at this restaurant are both excellent. It's wonderful that they allow dogs, but it can be a bit off-putting when a dog gets too close to your meal. It may be a good idea for the restaurant to enforce a policy requiring dogs to be on leads.

Absolutely fantastic chill and friends food was amazing as well tried both, yes greedy I like my food and this place was a real find. Just order and pay at the bar so easy. Great selection of wine as well and fab atmosphere to eat in. Well done will come again Voir le carte

We visit the lounges all over the place, this one really let us down, service was spot on, the server gave us all the different milk options with our tea so we could try them and decide the nicest, so 10 out of 10 for front of house, but the food not so, I had a lounge breakfast today at the Stockport one, sausage was tough, (possibly kept warm too long, or heated up a few times) beans were not fresh, hash browns were undercooked, my wife's were nice, the shakshuka, probably won't go there again. There was two of us, spent around £27, at about 3pm.

Ordered a beer through the app, when it came because I didn't have ID, they refused to give me the drink or a refund. When mentioning that I am 27 the waitress seemed very abrupt and wanted to elevate the situation, she was adamant i had to speak to the manager when I just wanted to enjoy my date night. So after speaking to the manager who simply kept repeating their challenge 25 policy to me in what came across rude, there was no different outcome anyway. Perhaps some customer service training could help. I've been here before and ordered alcohol without ID but after how the staff approached the situation, won't be coming back again.

My recent visit to Berretto Lounge was overshadowed by several disappointing aspects that significantly impacted the overall dining experience. I had high hopes for a pleasant meal, but unfortunately, encountered numerous setbacks that left me dissatisfied. I opted for the chicken burger, but it arrived with a perplexing temperature contrast—while the exterior was cold, the interior seemed unnaturally overheated, almost as if it had been hastily prepared using a microwave. The inconsistency in temperature and texture indicated a lack of attention to detail in the cooking process. It was evident that the dish had not been prepared to the standards one would expect from a dining establishment.... Voir le carte
