"We had a reservation for 6 and arrived just before our reservation time. We were seated right away, but unfortunately, we were placed by the door. Every time someone came in, the door was left slightly open. It would have been ideal for a staff member to be attentive to this, as the lady closest to the door had to get up more than three times to shut it. Additionally, we were seated opposite the bar where the bartender kept touching his nose and face without washing his hands. We believe a table for 2 would have been better in a corner, as the noise level was a bit echoey and it was difficult to hear. Despite these minor issues, the service was very good and the food was excellent. The starters were small for the price, but the mains were perfect. I ordered the Belluno calzone, which was fantastic, and I would definitely book again for that dish. However, I would request a corner table away from the door if possible."

The staff at this restaurant is friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is lovely, and the food is the most delicious. We tried the Linguini Frutti Di Mare and it was absolutely glorious! Exceptional experience.

Fabulous food and drink, we had the special involtini main course which was delicious. A very busy restaurant but service was spot on and fast. The homemade tiramisu is highly recommended, and look forward to visiting again. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Great restaurant, great food, attentive but not too attentive staff. The most comfortable chairs possible. It requires noise suppressant as it is impossible to hear what the opposite seats on our table were saying although it is possible to hear the person next to you. Do not ever go here , worst restaurant I've ever been to, plus the waitresses are rude as hell, a young lady by the name of angie was so rude when we did not agree with liking the food , she actually told us to go to a different restaurant, I was shocked. I would prefer McDonald's than ever stepping foot in this place again. Don't waste ur money

We last visit at its old premises, which had a 'pub vive ' Now nearer the river, it is in an old bank building and has a more restaurant/trattoria feel. The welcome was very friendly and for a Monday it was comfortably busy. The menu is fairly traditional (but no Lasagne). There was a risotto section and the Risotto Primavera was very good. Our friend had a very generously sized Caesar Salad. With three mains, two puddings and a bottle of wine the bill was c£80, which felt reasonable.
