the bastei is everything in one: caffe, restaurant, and beer garden. all of this with a magnificent view of the Rhinepanorama. the food is excellent, though not just cheap. I always come here with a visit from outside, because at few places bonn bad godesberg is as beautiful as here. in summer the beer garden is almost always crowded.
