"I made a reservation for two at 7:30 on 13/8/24 at this restaurant, as our usual spot was closed. We ordered Papadoms and a Mixed Kebab for starters, but when we were seated, only the Papadoms were brought out. When I inquired about my starter, the response was confusing, but eventually my dish arrived. The atmosphere in the Conservatory was noisy and not ideal for a quiet evening. The mains were served with a delay, and my dish came out later than my partner's. The food itself was delicious, but the service and atmosphere left much to be desired. The staff did not check on us or offer any additional assistance. Despite mentioning I had a discount card, I was informed they no longer accepted it. The owner offered a free taster menu to make up for the experience, but I declined as my issue was not with the food, but with the overall treatment and atmosphere. The lack of apology in their response suggested they did not see any faults on their end. My review reflects my honest experience and I do not feel my principles can be bought off. I prefer restaurants with attentive staff and a respectful atmosphere."

This is the best curry I have ever had! Absolutely incredible!! This restaurant is definitely the top curry spot in the entire north west. I highly recommend it!!!

First visit last night and definitely won't be our last. I wasn't sure what to choose and I was recommended the Lamb Railway Curry. The flavours were amazing and there was so much lamb. The staff and service was fantastic.

New to the area so we tried our nearest Curry House. It was good. Papadoms and chutneys was ok but boring. Starters were a bit better. However the curries were excellent. Good meat, good spices and great naan. Will be going back!

Bit of a wait, but absolutely worth it… quite busy but only because of how amazing their food is! Very helpful staff added garam masala to my chips for free made my curry of choice hotter with my grandads curry added less onion! They really do deserve the custom. Amazing food, so fresh favourful!

My choice from the menu was not available so the chef made a chicken mogli for me. It was amazing, the right amount of spice which allowed all the other flavours to be revealed. The chicken breast was huge and moist. Altogether a wonderful first experience! Will definitely go again and have the chef create something for me! Not often you get this standard of service by a chef!!! Wonderful.

This was our second visit and the Bangla Brassiere is now becoming one of our favourite Indian restaurants. Fabulous service and food. Seated for drinks to start with in a separate area then taken to our table after a few minutes. Our food was served in an appropriate amount of time and it was excellent. Everything was cooked exactly as we like it and the chicken melted away in my mouth. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and the seats in the conservatory are perfect. As we were leaving at 7.30pm the restaurant was filling up. Recommend you book online and the restaurant confirms the booking via return email. We will definitely be back soon.
