A great carvery and breakfast buffet. However, I mark them down a star because each time I order a pint of coke they fill the glass to the top with ice. I have had to ask they remove the ice as its a joke how little coke you get because of this. So coke drinkers... be warned. Otherwise great.

Lovely dinner date with my little girl, best roast spuds I’ve ever had at a carvery! Kid-friendliness: It’s nice to have a pub that’s kid friendly and so local to us. We love coming here nearly every fortnight and getting served by our favourite barmaid/waitress Summer, she’s lovely and very approachable accommodating. We visit regularly, but on this occasion it was awful. Firstly I asked for a pint of Pepsi. What I received was a pint glass full of ice with a dash of Pepsi. The carvery was very poor. The beef was inedible as so chewy, and the roast potatoes had been warmed up so we're either as hard as a rock, or just a vile texture. The vegetables were very mushy and inedible. My husband and I had lunch at this restaurant on Sunday, 17th December with my son, son-in-law, and three grandsons. We live in Kent and they live in Redditch, so it was a bit of a journey to get there, but it was definitely worth it! We had a wonderful table and the food was excellent, with something for everyone, even my very picky 13-year-old. What made the experience even more special was our server, Summer. She was a delightful and pleasant young lady who was attentive without being intrusive.
