"We have been eating at the Barista for the past years on occasion and it has always been pleasant. Unfortunately, last Friday had to be the last visit to the location. Having reserved a table for two and arriving on time for dinner we...have been placed at the bar despite a couple of empty tables in the restaurant. After waiting at the bar for about min, we had to observe how a couple not having reserved a table was happily escorted to one of the available tables. When we complained about this we were told this was all a terrible misunderstanding. The waiter was clearly upset with customers complaining and so we asked for another waiter and stated we wouldn't want our Friday night in town being spoiled by a grumpy and inattentive waiter. To our surprise we were being asked if this question was an intent to threaten the owner. Clearly, we left the place for good. Now, the food in the past has been good and the drinks are great. If you are not offended by behavior like outlined above there is no reason not to frequent the place. The last time something similar has happened to us in Munich was in a place called Livingston that went bankrupt following the dot.com downturn. So best of luck to the Barista Crew and I hope their savings last throughout more demanding times to come."

we like to eat lunch in barista after saturday shopping. eating is very good and the service is pleasant. only the tables are small.

friendly staff and a large selection of drinks. if they are lucky, they get one of the few table, but they can also eat at the bar. it is also a beautiful place to meet people

Especially to praise is the detailed cocktail card and the absolute quality of the preparation. There are absolute grains at work. The dishes are also exquisite, this time it was the salmon. Good operation, pandemic-related discs in the guest room, all ok.

a risk and ran off without having booked. stumbled over this cozy little gem. extensive, stylish cocktail card, unpretentious, friendly staff and the bonus: they also serve great steaks. we were only 3 nights in the morning, but in our last night we almost came back, so good it was.
