It is a hub for this community and made me feel at home. I started visiting Ballucci a few weeks ago, I’ve lived in the area for years and can’t believe I have only just discovered it. The more I come the more I love it, everyone is so friendly, the coffee is the best I’ve had in West London in the last 10 years. This place is more than a coffee shop. It’s a little haven. 1st time visitor, very impressed! Lovel, cosy setting, very pleasant staff, superb coffee and by far the nicest pain au raisin I've ever had! Highly recommended!

Nice place, lovely coffee. Please change the battery in the fire alarms to stop the beeping noise. You'll need a ladder and nknife to push in the slot before sliding off the casing and replacing the battery

An absolute Gem of a coffee shop. Great coffee. Great prices. And if you’re a regular, a little Reward Card scheme as well. Few sandwiches made fresh daily, some bakery items but not much. If it’s coffee you’re after then definitely hit this spot up.

I usually really enjoy the milkshakes here, any flavour. And I was so excited when they created a new milkshake menu. However, after only a week, their milkshake coffee machine broke (which I can totally understand). It has been over 3 months since I last had a milkshake from there, every time I go, they seem to come up with a new excuse for why I can't have one.

What a joke. Have to ask for permission to go to the toilet like a child!!!. I stopped off for a coffee and to eat but needed to go and to toilet first as I obviously don't want to leave a drink unattended. The place uses the frankly pathetic you must ask for a code to use our toilet. Well that doesn't exactly make customers feel welcome!!! Nice coffee, this is the first time I've tried to use the toilet there. Won't be returning. Plenty of other places I can go where I don't have to ask the staff if I'm allowed to use the toilet!!! Glad it was free parking or I would have wasted money!!!
