Nice staff, very welcoming. We had a very nice meal 2 nights running. I would recommend this pub

Happened upon this pub by chance but had a delicious Sunday lunch there excellent food, great service and good atmosphere.

Excellent hog roast Sunday lunch, great pub, nice wine and beer too! Great for the old railway station and the working beam pump museum! Plus I won a bottle of very good Rosè in the raffle, fab day. Highly recommend Voir le carte

Stopped in for a coke when driving by. was offered a menu although we had no plans to eat there but we selected a couple of items , so glad we did, food and service both excellent will go back next time I am in the area.

Fantastic pub me and my partner and friends went there yesterday for there opening day to watch the rugby and have a few drinks. Free trail foods being handed out. The food is fantastic. The chef is amazing. Will 100% be going back. The staff are also fantastic

First time here. Located in beautiful scenery. Great food and the style of pub is gorgeous...very country style with wood decor and fire the whole pub smelt of smokey fire so it felt lovely and wintery..just what I like from a pub! Staff were really friendly. Will be back soon! Voir le carte

We have had two nights in Pullman Carriges at the Station and visited The Badgers for our evening meal both nights. The food and service were excellent. Great menu and I particularly enjoyed the Haddock Souffle. I was very amused to be called a Northerner by the barmaid I live in Bedfordshire.

Great place, great food, great service. We booked a table for 6/8, there ended up being 11 of us for an evening meal. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us without any compromise on the quality of food. Stayed the night in one of the rooms which was lovely. We do not normally write reviews but this stay was exceptional!

Wow...what a place, we called ahead to explain we’d be late, they were ok and were so accommodating. Arrived and could still get something to eat. The room was large, as was the bathroom, water pressure was a little slow but the rest of the bathrooms delights made up for that. Clean and a comfortable bed too. Breakfast was allowed between 7-10, we opted for 10. Cereals , toast and a full English all available, we were so happy with our full English! Friendly team and a lovely place to stay, well done Badgers! Will return soon Voir le carte
