"Hiking the streets of Place du Bourg de Four in the oldest part of Geneva is a beautiful exploration of small Bistros, which offers a whole range of restaurants. Bacco sits on a side street with several other restaurants, its outdoor seats overlooking the...road towards the spies of the Cathedral of St Pierre. It offered a selection of tapas plates that seemed the right solution for a warm summer night. And that was it! The service was quick and friendly. We started with a rose through the glass that was perfect: cool, a strong petite Sirrah character and neither too sweet nor fruity. It would be perfect with a rich cheese. Our dinner included a herbic and minty green gazpacho, a beautiful vegetable terrarium with a spread of chèvre flavored with cherries, some corn chips with olive grove!, a few nine years old Gruyere, a delicious hummus with cumin and with candied orange peels lubricated a wonderful if unexpected flavor combination, and I can't remember what. It was all right. For Dessert we ordered what was an interesting reef on the traditional Swiss coin with berries. Strawberries and raspberries were made with fragments of relatively thin meringue, which was not excessively sweet, Dabs von Gruyere-Creme and a shrimp of lime, which just put off the entire flavor combination. It was a nice dinner in a beautiful outdoor room for conversations with friends and I would like to return."

Herzlicher Empfang und gutes Essen zu günstigen Preisen. Wer könnte in Genf mehr verlangen? Der Chef übernahm diesen Platz vor einigen Wochen, nachdem er bei einigen der größten Köchen Frankreichs ausgebildet worden war. Dieser Ort ist ein Juwel.

Toller Ort mit einer schönen Terrasse in der Genfer Altstadt. Ich ging mit einem Freund zum Abendessen und wir hatten verschiedene Tapas (Trüffelkäse, Kabeljau Ceviche (mein Favorit), Ricotta, Schinken), alles war wirklich gut und der Service war wirklich nett.

Small, stylish and cozy, located in the centre of the Old Town, it gives you this feeling of charm and simplicity. Good food and great wines (Italian, Spanish) a good place to meet up with friends for an apero. Not a noisy place, so...you can chat normally when seated inside.

Voici une bonne petite adresse comme on aime : bonne cuisine inventive et renouvelée, bons produits, prix relativement doux, personnel gentil, cadre cosy, musique d'ambiance sympa. Que demander de plus à Genève ?! Ce genre d'établissement est trop rare ! Tenez bon ! Continuez ! Nous reviendrons !

A brand new, Italian, but already a favorite restaurant among the locals in Geneva. Check-out when they have the after-hours specials, this is when things get busy and fun. The cook might improvise a heartfull Italian serenata for the delight of the guests! Perfect place...to mingle and hang out with your friends.
