Wie kann man in einem Lokal, das doch einen gewissen Anspruch zu haben scheint, Mayonnaise in Plastiktütchen anbieten? Essen war so lala, wenig gewürzt und der Salat nicht genießbar.

auch ohne den "Landarzt" gesehen zu haben, sicher einen Zwischenhalt wert. Schön gelegen an einem Platz, gemütlich zum draussen sitzen, freundliche Bedienung und guter, frischer Fisch.

Man lebt vom Ruhm der Fernsehserie. Eigentlich schade, dass in das Gebäude die letzten Jahr nichts investiert wurde. Zusammen mit den etwas schmuddeligen Ecken im Haus, bleibt ein fader Geschmack nach der Abreise. So bleiben die Gäste weg.

Wir wurden von einer gelangweilten Bedienung empfangen. Bestellt haben wir Matjes mit Speckbohnen und Fischfilet mit Kartoffelsalat. Matjes war so lala, die Bratkartoffeln fettig und geschmacksneutral und der Berg an Speckbohnen war ebenso fade und knatschig - sind komplett zurückgegangen. Der angeblich selbstgemachte Kartoffelsalat war essbar und das Fischfilet war viel zu fest und trocken. Immerhin, das dunkle Flensburger Bier hat geschmeckt. Wir werden hier sicherlich kein zweites Mal einkehren.

We went there with our host upon his recommendation. The restaurant is well known due to it appearing in a German TV series "Der Landarzt". It's a typical old fashioned restaurant. When we sat down and asked for service, the waitress rolled her eyes because it was already 7pm. Her demeanor did not improve during the whole service, she was quite grumpy actually. We found the food ok to good and nice atmosphere . The walk through town is great Müllers Café very good cakes and on darturdsy a small market great to go and get fresh cheese honey fish and vegetables . We stayed at the strandvilla in port Olpenitz resort. On the way to it you find Aldi sky or Edeka in town of Kappeln port Olpenitz is close by . The windmill in Kappeln is a nice attraction . Great spareribs downtown . There is such a variety for all types of taste in food and hotels in Kappeln or like us we prefer the port Olpenitz resort . You can walk to the Weidenfelder Strand or walk to Olpenitz both good restaurants there as well

A well-balanced and good-bourgeois hospitality based on the yet civil prices. For overnight stays starting from € 57, you can pay about €7.50 for the included breakfast. Since it was a buffet breakfast with a covered, good coffee, I can only describe the kindness and reliability for lifting and refilling as well as the general handling: nice and friendly, unobtrusive/unobtrusive but binding. Breakfast is not a direct response... The food sausage and cheese ok., meat salad, cooked and agitated eggs; Bread and bread selection...
