In this restaurant you can eat steaks, hamburgers, Tartar and a few other dishes prepared with buffallo meat. The animals have been grazing nearby (I see them in the mornings on the way to work). The meet is low fat and delicious. The preparation is...lacking imagination, only basic dishes with OK sides.

I don't want to repeat all the wonderful comments already made in the previous reviews. I can just say that I confirm that this is a fantastic place. The bison is delicious. I had the octopus salad as a starter which was great. Definitely a...restaurant to put on the favourites list. Bravo to the team at the Auberge.

Nous avons goûter beaucoup de chose. Le chili de bison, le foie gras ( une tuerie). Le meilleur que j'ai mangé à ce jour, Tout était raffiné et excellent. Peut être le seul bémol est l'entrecote qui était un peu dure. Préférez le steack ou le pavé. Le service est aimable et efficace. Belle adresse à conserver précieusement Voir le carte

Too long wait... 40 minutes to get something to drink, even just water.. 1h10 for starters... the wait was terrible all along (with a toddler on top of that). Not even a minimum of consideration from the staff, who were very cold and not welcoming. I only gave the second star because the bison filet was excellent, but for the rest I would have even given it 0 stars. We won't come back.

We have eaten here on a number of occasions. Food is always top-notch delicious. Service is typical French/Swiss: adequate, discreet, not hovering nor invasive. The Menu Bison is pricey but worth it. Bison is the star of the restaurant, offered in a variety of ways;...fish and chicken are also available, but perhaps one option of each. Local wines and a thorough dessert menu top off the experience. Overall, a restaurant we save for special occasions because of the cost.

Great experience! We were won over with the bride and groom during the tasting of their wedding dinner and once again on the big day at their reception venue! You can go eat there or choose them as wedding caterers with your eyes closed! Table setting, service, quality of the aperitif, dinner and discussions, everything was perfect. I therefore had to specify it here, because it feels good to have quality service providers and won over brides and grooms! (And all this for very good value for money! Well done!
