"Yesterday evening the 2nd February my wife and her friends visited this establishment. There were 4 of them in total. I asked my wife if she could bring me home a chicken gyros after her meal as I love the Greek gyros. On returning home I enquired as to how her meal was. In response she said “it was not only the worst Greek food she’d had, it was the worst food she’d ever eaten” . That’s saying something as we visit Greece at least once a year and love authentic Greek cuisine. She explained that the starters were poorly prepared and ‘a strange combination of ingredients’ . The main course for all 4 of them was over cooked and dry to the point all them left their food and when asked by the waitress if everything was okay ? the response was an emphatic no, to which a a mumbled response was given but no offer of an apology or reduction in the bill. Looking forward to my gyros and hoping it was better than my wife and her friends experience I was sadly disappointed. There was a total of roughly 4 greasy, soggy chips. Roughly 5 or 6 small dried out chicken pieces and the salad looked at least 2 days old and also dried out which went straight in the bin.The pita bread was okay though. The reason I’m writing this and not my wife is she doesn’t like confrontation but I feel restaurants should be held accountable for poor food and service. You would think in this present economical climate restaurants would be making every effort to give a good service when finances are tight, after all you need repeat customers. My wife and her friends paid over £120 for an extremely sub standard experience and then paid £7.50 for an extremely sub standard gyros which went into the bin. I decided to share a photo of my £7.50 gyros. I’m also more than willing to speak in person to the owner, chef if they’re happy to."

"We were lucky to get a table this evening. Was drawn in by the Christmas lights and decorations and not disappointed. Such a warm and cosy atmosphere. The place was busy and yet we felt welcomed, the staff going the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and not just another table to serve. Quick service and we ordered a few extras after the main order which came very swiftly. Great food, keen to try more on the menu on the next visit. We will definitely return- would probably reserve a table the next time just in case. Thank you for your great service ."

"Nadon Thai is one of those restaurants I 've been meaning to visit for a few years now and now I have I 'm somewhat underwhelmed. The decor which looks great on photographs is decidedly dated and somewhat tacky (needs a good dose of TLC) although the front of house staff are pleasant and efficient. My biggest dissappointment though was the food. To start I had the barbequed pork which was fatty and tough and the garnish lack lustre. This was followed by Beef Penang Curry being served with a thin soup like consistency when in all other Thai restarants I 've visited it is served almost dry with only a small amount of rich, thick sauce, and the beef was tough. The jasmine rice however was nice. Price wise it wasnt expensive and much on par with other Thai restaurants but for the poor quality of the food it did not represent good value."

"I visited Primo two years ago, and I am writing this review now because, to be honest, I had chosen to forget about the terrible experience. My family and I decided to try Primo for a budget-friendly pasta meal. While we weren't expecting a five-star experience, I often eat at other budget Italian restaurants that are consistently good. However, the customer service at Primo was awful. The waitress handled a simple request about a bottle on our table in a rude and disrespectful manner, making us feel uncomfortable for the rest of the meal. The utensils were dirty, but I didn't want to deal with the waitress again, so I didn't complain. The cannelloni I ordered had a strange aniseed flavor and the meat seemed to be of poor quality. I couldn't even eat half of it because it tasted so bad. We left without ordering coffee or dessert and do not plan on giving Primo another chance."

"The food at this restaurant is exceptional, with excellent flavors and generous portions. It is some of the best Indian food we have ever had. The service can be a bit slow, as they are catering to both dine-in customers and delivery orders, but the waiters are friendly. We will definitely be returning. Thank you!
