Beautiful location, friendly staff and amazing food and desserts! Chocolate lava is highly recommended!

Nice place really nice staff and atmosphere my desert came on a warm plate, so my ice cream was somewhat melted, but apart from that a really nice experience

Starter and main are ok but we waited 45 mins for dessert . I will never come again the waiter’s attitude is very rude . No enough stuffs to serve customers.

Had lunch today with my daughters. It was very busy and things were not running smoothly but we had a great time. The manager was very aware of the situation and made us feel like valued customers and the food was great as always. Will continue to use and recommend this restaurant. Suzanne Jones

The reservation made through OpenTable was not received by the restaurant, but they managed to accommodate us. One of the starters was missing from the platter, but it was brought out when we asked for it. The staff was friendly, but seemed overwhelmed with their workload and there was a loud group at a nearby table.

The food was lovely but it took an hour for our starter, and then another hour for mains and desert! We were offered one drink when we first arrived and when we ordered another it never came. The staff were nice when they came to the table but just walked past us when waiting to order or finished a course. It’s a shame as it is a lovely setting but we won’t be going back, and wouldn’t recommend.

Wow! Is it just me? Many good reviews, but I found the food very expensive and nothing special. Mushy peas pizza sorry 'green pizza ' tasteless bland food at very high prices. Bland elavator music continuaully in the background just detracting from what could have been a great dinning experience. This said the service was excellent! So, in summary, high priced bland food in a great location with great table service.

My girlfriend and I had a meal here for lunch in December. The waiting staff were nice and friendly, found us a table, took our order etc and I was very impressed by how helpful they were. Really made a difference to the meal. The food was also surprisingly good for a chain restaurant. We had the mushroom starter to share, then two pizzas which we also shared plenty of food for two but no room for dessert! We are both flexitarian so went for the veg options, and there was plenty of flavour in everything we ate. Overall a lovely experience and enjoyed ourselves. I visited ASK two weeks ago with my mother, brother and his partner. They have a wide range of drinks, from wine to cocktails, soft drinks and hot drinks. The food was absolutely amazing, we had the sharing plates with followed by pasta for nets. It was so delicious and we didn't have to wait long. We had coffee to finish, it was a bit bitter, but was okay, that was the only disappointment. The portion sizes are generous and at such a reasonable price. I'm a student, so I had more discount with my UNI Days app, so the whole meal was such a good price for all of us! The service was absolutely fantastic, we had a creepy waiter who was extremely attentive, the music was very loud when we arrive...
