for a chain hotel bar it was modern fresh and inexpensive standard fast food menu we have tried the pizzas, the very tasty personal friendly and helpful

The only positive I can say is the staff are lovely. Atmosphere is absent, minute GF option food was bland and unattractive. It was all a bit, tired and unappealing. Disabled access Dogs not welcome

We ordered teriyaki noodles, but they were nothing like what we expected. They were very bland and tasteless, and at £24 for just a small portion of flavorless noodles, we felt completely ripped off. We won’t be returning. Voir le carte

the cocktail menu is somewhat limited, but the quality is extensive. the cocktail prices are competitive and even better when blue light is applied. friendly service of bar staff to ensure that guests are well maintained and relax.

Arnold’s has changed focus from a la carte table service to burger order at bar. We booked after an earlier visit prior to the change. The staff were very welcoming and explained upfront about the changes. We stayed as we had an appointment to make and didn’t want to be wandering the streets looking for an alternative. Pleasant but not my idea of a meal out.

We tried to go before a concert at the arena, even though the manager would have known in advance about the concert there were not enough staff. The chef was even having to carry out the plates herself! We ended up getting a refund for the food we ordered and going to Domino's. We learned there was no waitress service and had to queue around the room to place our food orders. After waiting over 30 minutes in line, our food still hadn’t arrived. After an additional 30 minutes of waiting, we decided to cancel our order, as did many others who were equally dissatisfied. It’s astonishing that the restaurant was so ill-prepared for an evening when they must have known they would be inundated with concertgoers. They clearly were understaffed and unable to accommodate the crowd. To make matters worse, our reservation wasn’t honored and at 5:30 PM, the place was already packed. This experience ruined our evening, as well as for many other patrons. I would like to hear...

We were unable to dine at Arnolds despite booking a table at 17.30 several weeks earlier. We arrived on time only to find the restaurant packed with people queuing at the bar and standing around in the eating area. There were no tables reserved for booking and it was a complete free for all. I spoke to the waitress who appeared to be in charge pointing out we had a table booked and she promised to find us a table. We were given a table at 18.05 and told to rush over quickly before someone else jumped on it? I queued up at the bar to order food and drink which took a further 10 minutes and sat down to wait. No food had arrived by 07.10 and we were attending a concert which started at 20.00. I...

We were never informed that we needed to order food and drinks at the bar, but we eventually figured it out and waited in line. After 20 minutes, we returned to our table with drinks and then waited…and waited. After 40 minutes, our food still hadn’t arrived, and we noticed other customers leaving without eating. The kitchen was overwhelmed, and the poor staff were left trying to figure out who ordered what, leading to a chaotic mix-up of orders. When we inquired with the beleaguered bartender—who was juggling drink orders, taking food requests, and even running the pizza oven—he informed us that the fish pie we ordered was “still in the freezer downstairs”!
