Excellent Italian food in a very special restaurant on top of the Monte Gazzo overlooking Genova. Very friendly staff. Good choice of wines and excellent food for a friendly price. A very good experience!

The food is good, obviously trattoria level, the place is beautiful with exposed beams. Fast and friendly staff. Attractive prices. Outside the restaurant there is a breathtaking view of the sea of western Genoa.

Perched high above Genoa it is hard not to enjoy the scrumptious food and wines, my third visit and this wonderful couple never fail to impress. Always a good idea to call and reserve first though one can get lucky, sometimes in the winter months they will close occasionally.

Good experience, I took advantage of the weekend to take an excursion from Sestri to the top of Mount Gazzo and I booked at the tavern. The proposed menu seemed very interesting to me and I really liked what I tasted. The staff was friendly and the service was quite fast. The environment is rustic and almost like a hut but well-kept and clean. Prices vary depending on the dishes chosen but in my opinion proportionate.
