"on the goodness and quality of the dishes there is no doubt. positive also the panorama and care for details, however there are two negative notes: first the wait... we waited an hour to have an appetizer and same endless wait for the next dish. It was unnerving. ..I am very tolerant and I avoided nervousness not having to go elsewhere, but I would have expected at least one notice/discuss, I assure you that it is not a normal wait but well above the average! the second negative note is the absence of the menu: I knew already that the prices would be high so I didn't even amaze myself with two dishes without sweet or bitter, but I was disappointed with the absence of the menu. nice to see a competent and attentive owner of the ingredients that is able to tell with passion his dishes, but I remind the managers that it is a consumer's right to be able to consult the prices and the offer of the restaurant before choosing and so it is absolutely not good. I think there's even a law on this... I hope that with my review you can change this wrong habit that from what I see is the main reason for negative reviews. It would be enough to have an outside board if you don't like the idea of the menu... I don't know if I'll come back."

The most beautiful place to eat with delicious custom daily menus, and family-run. This place is beyond stunning, and a must-see. How I imagine Italy would taste

The veiw from this place is amazing and so is the food. Everything is local and the staff was so nice. It's quite expencive, we where a family of four and payed over €300. The portion sizes is good, and the staff packed up the food we couldn'n eat. We had that for lunch the next day and it was still excellent!

the owner very good, great food. for prices unfortunately seems too much: x two starters a first one second and sweet....65€ considering that the first and second was brought for 8 people while we were in 13. I can understand that the prices are low but I never paid so much. However, if you go to evaluate the landscape and the context, I can tell you happy but I don't know if I will return. When a place gives you high quality raw materials, it gives you a relaxing and welcoming location with a familiar taste, it gives you a staff prepared on what it offers, kind and convivivial so much to feel at home, it gives you unique dishes, without overdoing with the number of covers respecting the place where it rises, you can only be happy in front of the account, definitely high. Quality has a cost and we were very happy to pay it. recommended!

I'm going back a couple of times a year, and every year it all seems to me more and more perfect! Location, kindness of the owners, wine and especially food! The calves, the fries cut, the crostuovo and the carpaccio were wonderful combined with a great red of Montepulciano (Eremo Castelli), but phenomenal was the chocolate cake with ice cream ball to the pistachios of bronte all artisan made by the owner! Definitely the best ever I've ever had and I assure you I eat!

We have dined with and stayed at Antica Osteria da Agustin now 3-4 different times. The food and wine, service, scenery and hospitality NEVER disappoint. The most exquisitely prepared, fresh, top quality dinners (and breakfasts) from beginning to end. All locally sourced and hand made in house. Virginia and Katia are the friendliest most gracious of hosts. They will go above and beyond to make your stay in Bargni the best. Definitely a don’t miss. We will return in November 2020! Despite I grew up in the area, I have been living in USA for many years. A friend brought me to this place and I have to say, it was mind blowing. Similar places do not exist in USA. So my fellow Americans, if you are in the area, you have to trust me on this: just stop by, and try this food. Not sure why Stanley Tucci has not done an episode of Searching for Italy on Le Marche region. Anyway, just listen to the chef, the way he explains the dishes is outstanding. He can speak English since he spent time as a chef in the Bahamas and Pittsburgh .... I cannot comment on the prices, since my dinner was paid by my friend.

On arrival at 7.30pm we were greeted with a curt and dismissive attitude by one of the owners indicating that we were too early. Eventually a very helpful boy offered us something to drink and then went through the menu verbally in its entirity by which time it needed to be repeated. Carpaccio of mushrooms sprinkled with parmasan was dry and mediocre. I was served the wrong pasta which was a revolting chickpea creation followed by sausages and chicken served with half a baked potatoe and half a roasted tomatoe, the house wine which we had by the glass was an exstremely small measure, sample like. "Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante tre/ quattro volte, tutto molto buono, nulla da dire prezzi onesti e cibo buono! Quindi abbiamo deciso di ritornarci nuovamente a pranzo, dal menu si leggeva gargarelli ai frutti di mare, scelto questo primo, mi arriva al tavolo con il retrogusto di limone , chiedo alla ragazza se ci fosse il limone all’interno del piatto e dopo aver chiesto in cucina , mi conferma che nella pasta fatta in casa c’era la scorza di limone, io intollerante da tempo ad agrumi e derivati, lo rimando indietro, alla seconda scelta di primo, la ragazza sempre gentile ed educata , mi fa avere una tagliatella fatta in casa , sempre con lo stesso condimento del precedente, ovvero sugo ai frutti di mare, ma di mare c’era solo una vongola, tutto il resto era granchio! Cosa che non mi è stata detta , perché purtroppo l’unico crostaceo che io non mangio è proprio il granchio!! Avendo fame , ho mangiato solo un po’ di tagliatelle, ma ovviamente il sapore essendo associato al granchio mi risultava non gradevole! Quindi lascio più della metà del piatto! Ci rechiamo in cassa dopo aver spiegato ad un’altra cameriera il perché avessi lasciato il piatto, ma la sua risposta è stata un mi dispiace! Ovviamente delusa dalla situazione è sopratutto morta di fame, paghiamo 24 euro, per un primo lasciato a metà, non perché non avessi fame , ma bensì per il condimento non gradito. Se mi avessero detto prima che la pasta era fatta con la scorza di limone e il sugo era solo Di granchi , avrei optato per altro! Tornata a casa mi sono dovuta fare una piadina! Ma in teoria non dovrebbe esistere , bisogna attenersi sempre ai condimenti usati sia nella pasta che nei sughi! Mi dispiace , perché ci siamo trovate bene, ma con oggi proprio non ci siamo!"
