"I booked an after dinner with aperitif for 10 people which included: • Welcome aperitif: flute with prosecco and orange juice Appetizer: nachos with salsa Mixed fried food: suppli, mozzarella stick, battered vegetables 1 drink per person from the menu within €8 1 bottle of prosecco with pyrotechnic candles every 10 people Of this entire list of stuff, about 1/3 reached our table, that is, two supplì, two/three battered vegetables and lots of nachos. There was an insect in my flute with prosecco, I pointed it out to the waitress who made fun of me by telling me that she would bring another one, which never arrived. For my vegan guest, for whom an ad hoc dish was provided by telephone agreement, they brought Nachos and grilled courgettes (despite the fact that I had been told that she would have a similar choice and quantity to ours). To end this terrible evening there were the cocktails, which arrived at 11pm despite our repeated requests to have them from 9.30pm (the time in which we occupied the table), given that we could remain seated at the table for a maximum of 2 hours. At 11.20pm the waitress quite rudely asked us to leave the table as those from the next shift were already there. We point out that the cocktails had arrived shortly before and we wanted to consume them calmly, as an alternative we proposed the terrace (for which they had told me weeks before on the phone that it was not necessary to book because there was room for 10 people). In short, in the end, after my husband demanded to speak to a manager, they moved us to a room on the upper floor. The icing on the cake was that they didn't serve us the final bottle of prosecco, as agreed and after repeated requests to the waiters. However, the bill arrived correct and salty!!!!! Terrible experience not to be repeated NEVER AGAIN!!!! You were BAD AND INCORRECT!!!!"
