not a great experience to say the least! overload for drinks that were half full! the employees in this pub are so rude and not very welcome! the manager josh especially! would not recommend!

came in last week with the family, eating was delicious and hearty. Wife had the fish and chips, could not get enough! I had of course the steak and the Ale Pie with maic. children had chickened and chips, loved it. very friendly staff, with. a great environment. comes back when we are in horsham!

My husband, children and a friend had the best food outside in the sunshine early evening, new menu is an absolute hit! First time out since lockdown and we will definitely be going back, felt like we were on holiday sat out in the square...in the evening sun sipping on a lovely glass of cold white!

I was so excited that they agreed to book me a table so I could watch my team play on sky. I arrived early to get food so I could enjoy the game. Gave them my name and was told they were not playing the...game I booked for as there were preferential games on. No apology. Just not my problem really rude and inconsiderate.

a large pub with many screens and all sports. they have a huge selection at the bar and were happy to explain the choices. as it was Sunday, I had my favorite roast dinner of lamb it was perfectly cooked and the kartoffels were the best I had in a long time. my partner had sirloin of bark that was beautiful and still pink she wanted to drink the gravure. we had a nice visit here and will come back when we are close again

To be fair, I don't know if this pub was good or not. we went for food and drinks, found a table and sat down. we went to the bar to get the drinks and 10 minutes later came empty hand back. admitted, it was busy, but people who came into the bar after us, and when we finally asked if we could buy a drink, the bar employees were simply rude, so that we left. on the plus page for the pub, they are busy enough that I make sure that the loss of a group of people does not differ to them and the plus page for us? we'll know we're not wasting again.

We went for breakfast at The Anchor recently whilst in Horsham for a family christening. The Beefeater at our premier inn hotel was closed for refurbishment, so it was an ideal local spot for breakfast on both the Saturday and Sunday, to cater for a...large group of us with a crazy 4 year old! The breakfast wasn’t great unfortunately; extremely sloppy porridge and scrambled eggs! I ordered the steak breakfast on the Sunday, but was informed as the orders came out that they were out of stock, so I settled for poached eggs instead.
