Food 5/5 Tasteful. I had high expectations for the price I was paying, and it did not meet my expectation; however, it was nicely curated and prepared very well. Service 6/5 Impeccable Zermatt can be pricey when dining out, but you get what you pay for here. Great food, nice ambiance, and exceptional service.

Quite shocked by the incredibly high quality service and food. The sommelier did a fantastic job pairing our wines with our courses. Every bite was like an orchestra for our palates. Great, really good coursing menu(s). Very thoughtful and creative for dietary restriction replacements within the party and wonderful wine pairings. Ish-service by ‘in between’ staff. Napkin was always taken, never replaced after a trip to the restroom-without asking for it back, obviously. Then, typical for Europe, but having to ASK for the final bill only to be met with an audacious request for gratuity on a 130CHF/per person bill. Would recommend to a friend with notice heeded to the above.

We were here to celebrate my partner's birthday. We have been to quite a number of Michelin starred restaurants whether in Swizterland or in other countries around Europe. The serving crew here stood out, they were really friendly and it was a good balance of formal yet relaxing. The sommelier was also outstanding the wine pairing was just mind blowing. We ended up drinking and eating too much. We really appreciated that the staff noticed how we felt and tailored our chosen 6 course to a 5 course menu. Wonderful evening enjoying a 6 course meal with perfectly paired wines by the sommelier. And they have an extraordinary wine list to say the least. Over 700 wines from the world over to pick from but I highly suggest that you try the Swiss wines as they will blow your mind. The chef and his team prepared two different gourmet menus to chose from. The staff was very friendly for a Michelin star restaurant which we welcomed. The sommelier took the time to explain each wine and why he paired it with the dish, making it very informative for wine lovers. Highly recommended. We'll be back.
