After reading lots of great reviews, we decided to have lunch here. Sadly, it was very disappointing... The portions are quite small for their price, but the pasta alle cozze was tasty. Do not take the baccala though, since this tasted only like salt and lemon, which completely ruined the fish. I don't recommend this place, there are tons of better restaurants in Livorno!
